Bryan was born in New Jersey but raised locally in Indialantic where his passion for surfing began, he turned his passion into a profession and went on to surf worldwide for 15 years, including surfing on The World Championship Tour! Bryan is a jack of all trades and is able to complete any job given to him, he is a hard worker and dedicated to quality work. Bryan enjoys golfing, fishing with his family and friends in his spare time as well as spending time with his 5 wonderful children. Bryan is excited about his career at Precision Garage Door and eager to show his ability to succeed in everything he does.

They were extremely professional from the intake call through the replacement of damaged torsion spring. The intake call was thorough ensuring that all relevant information was gathered and passed to the technician who responded to our service call. I was given options on how quickly the repair needed to occur and was able to get same day after hours service which was a big plus for me. Bryan the technician explained everything that was required and recommended. He was very professional, friendly and extremely competent - he finished the job within an hour. I called Wednesday about an issue with my garage door. They scheduled an appointment for 8-10am in Friday. I received a call 20 minutes before 8. The service tech diagnosed the issues quickly, gave me a fair estimate and proceeded immediately. He was done in about 90 minutes. The garage door works like new now. This service came with 5 year parts 1 year labor warranties. Couldn’t ask for a better result

Precision Door installed the door and are always prompt with repairs when needed. The door spring broke while I was on vacation, got back late Friday and called Saturday morning. BJ Denton, owner or Precision Garage Doors, came out around 12 AM and fixed the problem. Prompt and efficient! Great job.

I called Precision because my garage door opener died after 25 years of use. I scheduled an appointment in the morning and had a terrific technician, Bryan come out within a few hours to diagnose the problem and offer many solutions. I decided what I wanted and he immediately got to work. Less than 90 minutes later he was finished. He did a fantastic job and explained all the warranties for the product and properly instructed me on how to use and maintain everything. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

Bryan from Precision called early to see if I could meet him earlier to fix my broken door spring, but I was not able to. He said, no problem and met me right on time. He was able to replace the spring quickly and for a reasonable price and was able to explain my best options for replacing my 20 year old opener and garage door. I would definitely recommend.

Installed in March. Problem with programming a remote which the tech resolved and really wasn’t an issue. The tech, Bryan Hewitson did the install and resolved this issue. Just a SUPER individual and a great representative of Precision. Super company- the best I’ve dealt with in my 33 years in Brevard. You won’t be sorry using their service.

Bryan went above and beyond the job of simply replacing a bottom door seal - he explained some simple steps I could take to help the door operate more smoothly (hint: don't paint surfaces of your door that will come in contact with each other - the paint tends to cause the surfaces to stick). He also pointed out that the pulleys needed some adjusting - after Bryan was done the door moved so smoothly I could lift it with one hand!

My personal opinion was that Bryan came across as very aggressive about the work required. There was no wiggle room in his proposal. You need this, you need that, if you don’t do it you get no warranty for anything we do. I have a budget since I am on a fixed income. With inflation my disposable income is limited. I mentioned that to Bryan but his body language and facial expression told me he didn’t care. I got another quote with a lifetime warranty on the motor and chain with new springs for $500 less installed. You probably do excellent work but I got turned off by the sales pitch.

I had already pulled an ad for a tune up for a later date, but when I noticed a loose hinge called and made the appointment. Same day, which was awesome. Technician was early, checked out the door and mechanisms (original 1996) and made the repairs. He was very professional quick, and cleaned up afterwards. 3 year warranty that, based on service, don't think I'll use. If something new comes up, I'll definitely choose this company again
