Precision Door provided prompt, courteous service to replace a broken spring on our garage door. Bryan and Brady kept me informed of their arrival time and not only replaced the broken spring, but performed a complete service on my door opening system. I asked them to replace the rubber belt on the drive since it was quite old and wearing thin in a few areas. They were very efficient and adjusted the door to work properly and smoothly. I called Wednesday about an issue with my garage door. They scheduled an appointment for 8-10am in Friday. I received a call 20 minutes before 8. The service tech diagnosed the issues quickly, gave me a fair estimate and proceeded immediately. He was done in about 90 minutes. The garage door works like new now. This service came with 5 year parts 1 year labor warranties. Couldn’t ask for a better result

Precision Door installed the door and are always prompt with repairs when needed. The door spring broke while I was on vacation, got back late Friday and called Saturday morning. BJ Denton, owner or Precision Garage Doors, came out around 12 AM and fixed the problem. Prompt and efficient! Great job.
