We had the pavers on our driveway raised to meet the concrete garage pad and the door would not stay closed. Leigh the technician, told me exactly what he was doing and why to correct that issue. The door was not balanced properly so he had to tension the springs. He took the time to show me all the parts to lubricate and even gave me a full can of spray. Very professional organization and people.

Last night I came home to a mess with my garage door. I called for help around 8pm and Corey showed up about an hour later. After walking me through and showing me what was the issue, he provided quotes, and got to work. Corey was great, very informative and helpful, worked quickly, and fixed the issue! Corey did a pretty good job. He explained things pretty well. When he was at the house showing me the door going up and down it made a slight noise he said what is wrong and the noise went away. After the door set away I opened the garage door and the door jerked and scared me when it opened. You can see the door needs adjusted a little. Need Corey or someone to come back and adjust the door. It does it after the door has set awhile. It will not do it when you open the door right away. Please come back and adjust my garage door

One of my garage door springs broke this morning. I called Precision and they sent their Technician Leigh M to fix my problem. Leigh did a great job replacing my broken springs and made sure all of the garage door parts and lift motor were in excellent condition. I appreciate the fact they scheduled me as soon as they could fit me in 6 to 8 pm and then they found a way to make it happen sooner. Leigh arrived at 3:30 and was finished by 4:30 pm.
