Garret and Casey called before arrival - and arrived on time. Did sn assessment of my door/malfunction (broken spring, cracked hinge plate, panel roller shafts deteriorating) and provided me with 3 options as to what could be done. Very cordial/friendly and told me the option I selected would take a little over an hour to complete - new Springs (2), new Ball Bearing Rollers (All), new Cables (2 = HD), and new Cable Drums (L-C-R)....and they were right on time!!!

I can't say enough good things about Garret Fitch! He arrived on time, we went over what I was thinking needed repair on the door, he inspected our system, offered several alternatives, and after I chose the option he proceeded to efficiently make the necessary repairs. He was courteous and answered all my questions. He also didn't mind me hanging out to gain more knowledge of my system, how it worked, how to repair, and how to maintain it. He's a young man that any employer would be blessed to have on their staff. Give him a raise!!
