The service tech ShaRaad Humes was pleasant, professional and well spoken. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. He diagnosed the problem informed me of the price and took care of the issue quickly. The door works perfectly after he completed the annual maintenance and reset the torsion spring assembly. Paid $624.00for a garage door opener with wifi. I cannot get the WiFi to work and I cannot get either of 2 car built in remotes to work. Precision Garage Door of Brevard will not help to resolve the issues. I would not recommend them.

We had a little problem with opening our garage door and Corey, the Precision Service Tech, came out, re-aligned our photo sensors and also re-greased the track which made the whole thing run quieter and smoother.
