My tech was Bryan Hewitson and he did an incredible job. I had my motor replaced with one that is powerful yet silent. My garage door made a lot of noise before the replacement so I am extremely happy with how it works and sounds now. I also had springs and the center bearing replaced. I would highly recommend Precision.

After searching and talking to a few Garage Door Companies. I chose Precision, because I felt quite comfortable with the salesman that came to my home and the information he gave to me regarding the purchase of a new garage door. He answered my questions to my satisfaction. The installer were polite and worked together as a team and cleaned up afterwards. I had some concerns after the install and a technician came promptly to my home. He offered a number of ways to rectify my problem which pleased me. He also was very patient and looked over the work that was done by the installer. Overall, I am a happy customer and would highly recommend Precision garage door to my family and friends.

My call to the office as a first time customer was handled with professional courtesy and made me feel comfortable with company. An appointment was immediately set up for a technician to come out and tune up the garage door. He tuned the door up in about 30 min and just as importantly he recommended not going with a more expensive in-depth service as the door did not need it. That made me a customer for life.

Thank you for a quick response, they came out the very next day and showed up early even. Very knowledgable about the garage door opener and diagnosed the logic board as being bad. We had just bought this from a local big box hardware store, and upon trying to install it ourselves was not able to get the wifi to link to our phones as well as the safety beams not working and the main bar being too short for our 8-foot door. He was in and done within an hour. Next time I'll let the professionals handle this.

Great service! I was really happy that your staff worked on Saturday because we could not get our cars out of the garage. One spring was broken and the extra weight of the hurricane protection and insulation made it too heavy to raise manually. I was even more delighted that you were able to get Bryan over here later in the day and he did a great job of installing new springs and bearings. He was very polite,friendly and courteous. When I called and heard your description of the steps you are taking to avoid exposure to CID-19 I was comforted and impressed. Later in the evening when I remembered signing off with my finger on his Ipad I thought "I wonder if he disinfected the screen after the previous customer had signed the same screen". I also assume that he disinfected his hands after the earlier job since he handled my credit card. I have no reason to think he didn't take these precautions but thought I should mention this.
