We had our counterbalance spring break at 9pm. i called at 945pm not expecting anyone to answer but they did! Scheduled appt for next morning between 11-12. Tech Bryan called me at 845am to ask if he could come early- YEAH!!! Arrived in 15 minutes and done with repair in 1 hour. Awesome serviced and repair! Would recommend them to all my neighbors!!!

I would "Highly" recommend Precision Door to anyone experiencing problems with their garage doors. I had originally called them with a significant noise problem and they were very prompt to schedule me in. However, after the evaluation it was evident that we needed a new spring as well. After the installation and lubrication I waited a few weeks to make sure the lubricant worked its way in. But....there wasn't any change to the noise level. I had called again and they responded within a day to have the situation rectified. This is a Class Act company and an extra Shout Out to Ashley and ShaRaad for outstanding customer service and technical expertise. A Great Company

Appointment made easily with one phone call. Technician Jeff Shaw called to advise when he will be arriving (early by the way) Listened to my concerns and got to work. This is my yearly "tune-up" service and again no complaints. Jeff was able to give me an estimate on my option for a "quieter" opening and closing door mechanism (1 2 car door 1 1 car door) by switching out the openers. That is something i hope to do in the future as Jeff did not push me to make that decision. I have never had a bad experience with this company i found them reliable and reasonably priced for their services and every technician i have dealt with in the last 8 years have all been professional and courteous Highly Recommend Precision Door Service

Have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past to repair springs. Have also referred them to Real Estate Customers in the past. Now I finally needed them for my personal residence. They installed a brand new hurricane rated door. The two men on my job were extremely courteous and very thorough in explaining how to use the new fangled COOL auto door openers. I wish I knew the names the gentlemen who did the installation! They kept my newly painted/epoxied garage floor free of damage. They replaced wood framing and did a fantastic clean up job. I do know the estimator's name: Bryan. They all communicated the fact that I needed safety and security ASAP and they were on it. Very blessed. Works perfectly - looks great.
