I called for service on my garage door as it was noisy and jerky in motion. A very professional tech arrived same day, listened to my problem and troubleshot the issue. He had the necessary parts in his service vehicle and performed the work on the same day! A-1 service and workmanship. Jeffery Shaw came to our home to fix our garage door. He assessed the situation and gave us 2 estimates. We choose taking care of the main spring. I had seen the Precision trucks driving around Palm Bay so when my door spring broke Precision was the first name that came to mind. I checked the website and just knew that I was going to make the correct choice. I was really surprised when I called and found out the repair was same day! The Tech, David, was on schedule, examined the door and within minutes discussed the needed repairs and the final cost. He was very friendly and professional. The repair was completed in his estimated time and the door operation has never been as quiet and smooth. We are considering a new door in the future and Precision will be the installer.
