The technician showed up on time and performed the service of repair in a timely fashion. He was friendly and knowledgeable. In addition he gave a cr2302 garage door opener battery to one of my neighbors who was having issues with their garage door opener at no charge. It was hot out so I brought The technician a Powerade drink. I said all that to say this this afternoon‘s experience was like hanging out with friends????

Rob, our technician, did a thorough assessment of the issues with our garage door. After walking through the possible repair options it appeared a replacement was the best solution. Rob had the parts on his truck and did a very professional installation. He cleaned up after the job and then explained everything we needed to know regarding the operation of the opener and remotes. Excellent work, professional and comprehensive communication, all at what we consider a fair price. Bonus: Rob showed up early for the job and finished ahead of his original estimate.

Mickey found the issue immediately with the door opener belt and corrected it at no charge. There have been someone to answer a phone call and make appointments into the evening (e.g., after 8 PM) so that is appreciated. Mickey was not only prompt he also showed up earlier on a Saturday after calling to let me know.

Existing opener failed; I was hoping it would be an adjustment. techs did a good job explaining it would be wiser to replace a 20 year old opener then repair. A bit more than I wanted to pay but work done well, they programed my outside pad and my car and the new opener works great. Would recommend them to anyone.

We did the quieting package and what a great difference. The door used to sound like we were torturing the neighbors cat and now smooth and quiet is the way to describe the opening/closing. Brian did a great job analyzing and repairing a non working garage door opener. He checked out all possibilities of what caused our problem and found the solution. In addition he replaced all of our rollers with new nylon rollers, replaced our springs, cables, bearings, etc. The garage door can now be opened easily, and runs smoother and quieter than I can ever remember.
