The tech that came to my house was very nice. He saw what the problem was and gave me a price and it turned out that it would be fixed under the check up price. He then pointed out that the rollers were not in great shape. I asked for a price for repair thew hole door, and he said he could do it right away and the price was good. Brent, the technician, installed a new battery and a new 'sweep' for the door. He called prior to arriving, was on time and was extremely professional. Brent was quick, thorough, conscientious, and considerate. I have an old door that is fairly healthy, after his inspection. He looked everything over, said replacing the springs was one option, but recommended replacing rollers, cables, and six hinges. I chose that option. He quickly knocked that out, then went on to 'fine-tune' the rails, motor, hoist mechanism, and serviced the outside remote. I'm very pleased with the results.

Our garage door would not open and I called Precision because they installed our garage door 16 years ago. Clayton was our technician and he found the problem which was the belt and did a very good job installing it. He was honest and very friendly and knew his job very well. He gave us suggestions on doing other maintenance to the door which we plan on doing at a later date.

I could not have asked for better service. Casey C. was very kind, and gave me his full attention. He fixed my garage door in literally a few minutes and told me he was glad it was a small problem. He also ASKED ME to make sure my remote worked before he considered his work done. We did discuss a near future project, which I had already intended to do, and there was absolutely no pressure to schedule anything, only consideration. I can't give Casey and Precision higher marks.
