We needed to have the springs replaced on our garage door. Brent was our technician and he is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. He also recommended that we replace other parts on the door that were old and gave us the pricing options. We went ahead and took one of his recommendations and changed the rollers as well. The difference in the noise level when the door opens/closes is amazing! I am very happy overall.

Because it was Saturday I was worried that no one be working. I think I was transferred to corporate as the phone made 3 switches. The lady answering the phone was one of the most efficient and happy sounding person that I have talked to since I came to Fl. She sent Keith Couch to repair the door and he was knowledgeable and extremely fast. Again, he actually acted like he enjoyed what he was doing even though it was Saturday. Must be great management at Precision! Thanks very much.

Fantastic service. Casey C. was very very professional and knowledgeable. The chat feature on the site allowed me to schedule our door repair at 6am on a Saturday, from bed, with an appointment for 11am the same day. I've never seen a local company with such regard for the customer's convenience. I am a marketing consultant for a Fortune 500 company and can say these guys get everything right. From initial contact to follow-through after the service. Great job, keep it up!!

I called in the morning and was given an appt by early afternoon. Casey and Clayton were sent to repair a broken spring. They were on time, gave a courtesy arrival time call when getting near. They did an evaluation with some good suggestions which I decided to have done. An hour later all work was finished and garage door was very quiet and worked like new. I was extremely impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and efficiency of both Casey and Clayton. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company. I would give more stars if I could.

We called on Saturday and had service on Tuesday morning. The tension spring in our door was broken. Although it was costly, we got our door bearings, cables and tension springs replaced within two hours of the technician's arrival. Everything needed was already on his truck.
