When we attempted to raise our garage door it only went halfway up and we heard a pop. Upon contacting Precision Door Service, I found that a serviceman could respond the same day. Our serviceman, Clayton, was very knowlegeable and fast in diagnosing the problem. Since the door had not been serviced in years, it was suggested we perform an upgrade to insure we would not have any problems in the near future. The parts he took off were definitely of an inferior quality looking at the new parts he was to install. Clayton was very instructive as he performed the installation and gave me several tips to insure a longer life and quieter operation of the door. I would definitely recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends for garage door repair.

My garage door quit functioning due to a broken belt. Internet research found replacement belts. Problem was; I could not get a belt sooner than a week for a cost over $70. I called Precision Door and they had my door fixed within 5 hours. For $119, they fixed the door, inspected everything, verifying it was properly balanced, lubricated rollers and bearings and made sure the door opener was fine tuned. Precision Door provided an incredible service for a great price. Anytime I need help with my garage door, or when I want to but a new door, I will be calling Precision Door Services.

I'm so impressed! Our appointment was made quickly and accommodated our schedule perfectly. Our technician, Rob, was courteous and gave a detailed explanation or the systems, what problems he saw and even how he diagnosed those problems. He gave us a conservative estimate and we were happy when the bill was even lower than quoted. He gave us options of service without any pressure or salesmanship. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. I wish all businesses were operated as well as this.

My beautiful 12 year old Clopay 2 Car Garage Door had been damaged. I tried to fix it myself and soon realized the damage was "over my head"! I check the internet then cross checked with the Better Business Bureau and Angies List. Precision came out on top. They arrived early (great) and quoted a high cost to repair (not great). When the tech explained the details of the repair and pointed out a lot of damage I had not even noticed plus Precisions warranty, I knew I would have 12+ more years of worry free service if I allowed the best door to be repaired by the best techs. Superior Job Precision! ***** 5 STARS all the WAY

We called on a Sunday to have someone fix our doors which weren't opening or closing on probably Monday. Corey came within two hours and fixed the problem which was loose wiring. He found another problem though and recommended a "fix" for it which we have pursued now. Corey was great and we are very happy with Precision Door Service.

Found the garage door spring broken when I got home from work. Precision's website said their service was available until 11p.m. so I called and got an appointment between 8 and 10. Jake called me and let me know when he expected to arrive and was able to be there at 9. By 930, the door was working and he was pulling away. Great service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I called at 7 a.m. and the excellent customer service started right then. They were accommodating of my schedule, offering a choice of appointment times. Jake was here as scheduled, he was professional and he had no problem answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend. As far as those reviewers complaining about cost...you get what you pay for....and I did not find their service to be expensive.
