After inspection brought to my attention other issues that I was aware of and after some technical questions by me and answered by keith , I decided to purchase door overhaul service. Both technicians were very professional and courteous. They were friendly and still fast. They called 15 min ahead of arrival with a courtesy reminder for arrival time. Looked clean and neat. I don’t know how your price compares yet but your service is fantastic.

From the first person that answered the phone through the completion of the repair our experience could not have been better. You technician Keith knew what had to be done, and did an excellent job. He also on his own corrected an issue that was not so good at the time of the install. This was a Sunday service call that your company handled with complete excellence. Thank You Russ & Kathy Clark

It is a really smart move to put your sticker right on the garage door. When mine stopped working yesterday I looked up(in despair) and lo and behold! I saw your sticker and the best part was that you don't charge extra for weekend appointments. Thanks for that. Rob was great too. Thank goodness I did not need any major repairs. I really appreciate that he provided an honest assessment of what was needed and didn't take advantage of my emergency situation to try to upcharge or sell me a new garage door. This is good business practice but, sadly, in this day and age, good business practice is a rarity. Just wanted to let you know I would definetely recommend you to anyone who needs garage door maintenance or even a new garage door......and dont stop putting your stickers on your doors! AND kudos to Rob.
