I called Precision Garage Door Service around 3:30, I was given an approx time that someone would be out. Less than 3 hrs and a service person showed up. He called 30 min prior to arriving. Neal was extremely professional & knowledgeable. He explained in detail what needed to be done to secure a safe garage door. We also received a detailed list of costs. Loved the same day service and the excellent information we received from Neal, our service person.

Called the day after Memorial Day, for service on the garage door springs. Had a tech here by 10am that day! Neal explained all the options after carefully examining all of the mechanisms. Previous outstanding, trouble free experience with Precision earned my feelings as the "Go To" company re Garage door related business. I rate them as a 5 star comppany in all areas. I did a lot of research and I am happy to say that #1 I got the LiftMaster 8550W --It is awesome and well worth the money -- it's fun with all the features and accessories (I love my toys and technology) #2 Rob the installer was fantastic --he explained what he was going to do and the cost --everything was up front, his workmanship was perfect and Rob installed the opener in less than 2 hours!! The best service I have had in a long time --Thank you Precision for a job well done!!

After searching the web for a new garage door opener as ours was acting up we came across Precision Door Service. I gave them a call to see what the cost would be to install a new one which I found there pricing to be very reasonable. I was also shocked that Precision was able to have a technician at my home within 3 hours. Very impressed. The technician was Cory and he was very knowledgeable, polite and tentative. He took his time to explain the system to us and made sure we understood how it worked before he left. Great unexpected feature WI-FI. This will be a great tool to have so I can check the door online when I forget or think I forgot to close it. Cory is a great tech and I would recommend him as well a Precision Door Service.
