I just got done getting an estimate from Cory. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, his courtesy, and his explanations. He did not talk down to me, nor did he try to talk above me. I have had people do both, trying to swindle you and make you feel like you just could not understand. I would recommend this company to anyone. He explained that if my garage doors are under warranty, I would be better off getting them repaired from the original installer. I will tell you this though, if my door are not covered under warranty, I will be calling Cory back to repair my doors. This company’s policy and warranty is outstanding. You guys ROCK!!!!

I called Precision Door at 8 am and they had a technician at my house by 12:30. It turned out to be an electrical outage due to a storm last night. Precision was prompt and got to my house the next day. Keith the tech was just amazing and very friendly. He called the office because precision had installed the door and the springs were not that old. He fixed the springs and precision stood behind their work they did before.
