Garage opener stopped working. So we called Precision about 3 PM. Casey C arrived at 8 AM next morning. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He instantly diagnosed the problem. I have used Precision about 3 times and had the same experience each time. Very prompt service and they always have the parts needed for repair. I recommend them to all the neighbors. I have to mention their great use of communication technology. As soon as you get off the phone making the appointment you get a confirmation email on the time and the name of the technician scheduled to come. The tech always calls when he's on the way and gives you his arrival time. After he's finished and before he pulls away in his truck you receive an email with a detailed invoice you can print out. I wouldn't even think about using anyone else.

Saw their add in local Port Saint Lucie magazine. Service was professional and informative. I had been told by another company that I could not get a hurricane proof door because the ribs on it would prevent me from fitting my cars in because of an already tight fit. Precision Door was great. The service tech showed up on time (he called me to let me know he was on his way); he installed the key pad I'd requested quickly and competently (and showed me how to change the code if needed) and he replaced a door roller that had broken; and, we had a productive talk about garage doors, hurricanes, and insurance. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the information. I'll definitely call Precision Door when I'm ready to replace my garage door.

My technician Casey was professional and courteous. He took time to explain the remote system and showed on time. I might add that our neighborhood experienced some car vandalism and one of our garage door openers was taken early this morning. I called today and Casey was at my door within hours. I was very pleased with the entire experience I had with Precision Door. From scheduling an appointment, to receiving an e-mail confirming my appointment along with letting me know who my technician (Clayton) would be, his arrival time, his picture and a brief bio. Clayton arrived prior to the scheduled appointment time, which in my experience with technicians is very rare, yet was very much appreciated. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He fully explained the service, repair and cost that would be required to resolve my garage door issue. I encounted a problem with the operation of our garage door. It appeared that our belt was worn and would need replacement. My husband marked several adds in the Moneysaver magazine. I perused the adds and liked the add for Precision Garage Doors. I called on Monday and they had a technician coming on Tuesday. He actually called and came earlier which worked out for us great. I had an appt but my husband met Neil and they discussed the problems with the door. A repair and price were agreed and Neil immediately began replacing the worn parts on the opener. He was quite knowledgeable and efficient. I came home and he pointed out the problems, some of which I had noticed. The repair included replacing the track, belt, rollers, springs, and anything else that was needed. When Neil was done and tested the door, we were surprised how quiet and efficient the door now opened. Neil was courteous and friendly throughout the repair. We felt good that the work was being done so well and know that we can look forward to a fully operational garage door for a good time to come. Thanks for the excellent service that was afforded to us. We will certainly recommend this company to our friends and neighbors.

We needed to have the springs replaced on our garage door. Brent was our technician and he is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. He showed up on time and finished the job quickly. He also recommended that we replace other parts on the door that were old and gave us the pricing options. We went ahead and took one of his recommendations and changed the rollers as well. The difference in the noise level when the door opens/closes is amazing! I am very happy overall.
