Precision really does offer same day repair service. I had a problem with my opener, went to the website, opened online chat and a technician was here within 2 hours to fix my problem. The technician (Brent) was knowledgeable, professional and made very sure my problem was resolved. He mentioned that he would have been available to come on Sunday had I contacted Precision. That is most excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision.

I am very happy with the work that was preformed today. I did not realize my garage door spring and rollers were as bad as they were until the new ones were installed. Wow, what a improvement! My first service call: the door was jamming. I was very impressed by technician Cory Keenan's attention to detail and his careful thoroughness. The jam was cleared; he balanced the springs; greased the wear spots; tested and retested and now the door works more smoothly than before. He fixed it and made it better - of course I'm pleased! Five stars! and thanks.

Our neighbor was having some work done on a Saturday by Precision, so we walked over and asked Clayton (the Precision service tech) if he wouldn't mind coming over and looking at our mess of a system. He gladly did, and immediately noted to us some serious concerns he had. We knew there was issues with our system, and he confirmed that. We said we would make an appt. for Precision to come out and fix the problems, but he told us he could do it right then, and that he had everything on his truck. This was 3pm on a Saturday!!! His willingness to fix the problems that late in the day, and the responsibility of having his truck well stocked with everything he needed was very impressive. We didn't shop around, we hired him on the spot. EXCELLENT WORK and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Top notch parts, equipment and installation. Very Happy and would recommend Clayton (and Precision) to anyone!!!

I called Precision (your name says it all) because I was having some minor issues with my garage door and I wanted someone to evaluate it. Clayton the technician was top notch - a true professional. He fixed everything I was having problems with, and he also pointed out a safety issue with the door and corrected that as well. He explained everything to me in a language I could understand. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the service provided. And all the work was done at a reasonable price. If at some point I decide to replace my garage door, you can bet that Precision will be the company I choose to do the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to my neighbors and friends!
