Unfortunately for Precision, I seem to have problems with my garage door either on weekends or Holidays. Fortunately for me, I have Precision for my garage door service. During the Memorial Day Holidays, on Sunday, my garage door stopped working. As with every other problem, the Technician arrived with a smile on his face and ready to get to work. "Cory" explained the problem, quickly repaired the problem, and left with a very positive attitude and a smile on his face. These people are awesome and their work and efficiency is second to none. I can only say that with Precision you not only get outstanding service, you actually end up with a smile on your face and feeling better when they leave. They are the best.

Precision sent out a technician within a couple hours of my call, which was very convenient. Corey was very helpful and walked me through the issue and the cost. I had considered getting a second estimate, but Corey was able to offer a break in price. My garage door ultimately needed to be fixed with new springs, rollers, etc. Corey completed the whole thing in a couple hours. He was very professional and trustworthy.
