Our car was trapped in the Garage and the Tech called before he came, and repaired the Garage door the same day. Tech was polite and cleaned up after. We would definitely refer the service.

I paid for an offer through Angie's List and then scheduled my appointment for today between 1 - 3pm. Clayton called me around 11:15 to see if they could come earlier due to a cancellation. I was happy for that and Clayton and John arrived shortly after. Clayton was training John, and had him do most of the communications with me. I initially provided them with the Angie's List offer coupon that I had paid for and allowed them to go about their work. After a few minutes, John knocked on my door and walked me through what his inspection found. He informed me that my springs were loosening up and should be replaced soon. I opted to have the work done today. I also inquired about a wireless door opener and it was installed as well. After about 2 hours, all the work was complete. John showed me the work that was completed and demonstrated everything. Both John and Clayton were efficient, personable and very professional. I would hire them 100 times over.

Hands down the best service I have ever received! Spring broke, rollers were shot, cables almost broken, and I got two new garage door openers. Called as soon as they opened and got a same day appointment and the tech Corey was awesome and early. He walked me through what he saw and gave me three recommendations. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend! Call this company first, don't waste your time elsewhere.

I was skeptical when my wife told me about this company but I m so glad I did not disagree, they are professional and they even made it on time to the appointment which is rare. The job was simple and their price was fair, I have the same problem in the last and they always overcharge me for it, not this time. I recommend this company to anyone and make sure you ask for Keith, great guy and very professional

The repair was very good..Pricing was more than expected, but the quality of the repair parts was of a higher level than the former firm used. I would definitely recommend them and in the words of the tech..."you probably will never see me again". Being elderly maybe had something to do with it???

From the first and only phone call to precision we were very happy . An appointment was set up immediately and the technician called and was at our house when he said he would be. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. And our new garage door will be installed soon. Unlike another company that we had called and called and never even had the time to call us back! Thanks again Precision and to Rob S for being a great representative for Precision!
