Driver arrived on time, carefully examined door. Determined part that I found on floor was not from garage door. Oiled tracks & springs. He was very polite.

I was very happy with the service. The service technician knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. He gave me a couple of options, and then set to work, replacing the spring and coils and fixing the opener. He had it fixed in a couple of hours and came to the house on time.

Rob, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered several different options for repair of the garage door and gave the prices of each. We also decided to have the garage door opener replaced which he did for us. He gave the coupons where applicable which helped the final bill! We had called a different company first but they weren't able to respond the same day. We then called your company and got a much better response. We would recommend your company to anyone. thanks, Ron and Karen Barber

Our garage door failed in the open position fortunately. As I have a subscription to Angie's List, I searched it for a garage door service near us. Precision was highly rated and had several near locations. I called and was offerrered emergency service late that evening if I needed it. Thinking I could manually close the door I opted for the next afternoon. Kieth call before the scheduled time and said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He did. Examining the door he found one of the springs was broken. He gave me a quote for the work which we accepted. He was personable, and efficient. Completing the work in an expeditious manner. The door works just like new and he cleaned up the area so well we never would have known he was here. Thank you Keith for a job well done. We would recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs. Hopefully we won't need them in the future. But if we do. They are the one's we will call.

"Casey" was about the best service repairman we have had since we moved to Vero Beach Fl. in July of 2016. He was early to get here, busy and knowledgeable during his entire stay, adjusted the off-kilter door and repaired whatever was making it roar like a freight train every time we opened it. Not to mention a few threatening clunks at the beginning of every cycle. It is a heavy door, with hurricane attachment members on the back side of the door. He leveled, fixed and was entirely cheerful. He also set the chain on the perfectly timed stops for maximum and accurate smooth stops. He was truly GREAT!!!! Your name is now written in ink on our calender , and for all future problems with our garage door. Go CASEY!! GO PRECISION DOOR!!!! needs.

Rob S was my repairman and I was very pleased with his work and with his positive and friendly attitude. I called the night before on their 24 hour service to set up an appointment and was able to get one the next day. I've used Precision in the past and have always felt like the work was done right and they were honest. Thank you!

We needed some repairs on our garage door and opener that was installed by Precision almost 14 years ago (tells you something when this is the first time it has needed repair work). Luckily, Keith showed up the next day and was quick, efficient and friendly. I have recommended your company in the past, and will continue to do so because of great technicians like Keith. Kudos team.
