John was the technician that came to our house. He was extremely helpful and knew the product as we were in need of a new garage door. He explained everything as he was taking measurements and he was able to adjust our old door so it is working smoothly until we get the new one. We decided not to get another quote as we were happy with the service and knowledge we received. Thank you to John.

Casey C and John A (tech in training) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the job. I knew I needed a new opener and Casy C agreed that it was better to replace a 10 yr opener rather than repair. He did find that the springs were not holding the door up properly and recommended they be replaced as this probably contributed to the gear stripping on the opener. New springs a center roller, new bottom weather seal and new Liftmaster 8550 opener all installed programed all remotes including vehicle and outside keypad in 1 ½ hrs in 92 degree heat. Great service, clean and courteous, very impressed and highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Definitely a 5 star rating!!! The detailed explanation of everything that happened and the solutions were much appreciated on our part. Our spring and belt broke and had to be replaced. Plus the hardware was replaced since it was 30 years old. Fantastic workmanship, courteous with detailed explanations. We are very happy with the service provided. Philip Karman

I was more than pleased with the service given me by Precision. For some reason, my garage door dropped as I was putting it down via the garage door opener. Right off I called the company. Keith came to the house within less than two hours. It couldn't be determined why the door dropped so suddenly but, so far, it is back working as it should be. I was only charged $29 for the very short service call...I was most appreciated of that and the quick response to the issue. Thank you!

We have had your service for many years and continue to refer you to others. A recent need recommended by your service technician Leigh was sincerely concerned in pointing out what became very obvious, that we needed to replace our 15 yr. year old door. Very please with his professionalism. 5 STARS -Robert Hall, Vero Beach

I was referred to you by my friend, Alan Keller, who sells ads for the Savings in St. Lucie magazine. Casey provided excellent service, information about what he was doing, and tips for me to follow to maintain everything in good working order. I appreciated the availability of being able to schedule a prompt appointment and on a Saturday as well.

This is a fantastic company. They returned our call promptly, came on time when they said they would come, explained everything knowledgably with precision and courtesy, did what they said they would do at the reasonable price that they quoted. No sales jobs for "extras" Rob our technician was terrific! I can't say enough about his rare company that is service-oriented like few companies today. I am keeping their number and would refer them to anyone!
