I called Precision for a quote on a door repair and was given an appointment that same day. Clayton called me when he was on his way and arrived on the time of the appointment. He looked at my door and listened to what I wanted out of my door and gave me a return time for the following day since I needed a 16 foot strut that he needed to get. He arrived promptly the next day and made the door what I explained to him. Clayton was extremely professional and very personable. Precision is the only company I will call now and would be happy to let Clayton do future work.

We called on Sunday night for our garage door. It wouldn t go up or down. They scheduled an appointment for us Monday 2-4. Around 2 o'clock Neal called and stayed he was running behind and said he would be here 3 to 4. He arrived at 3. I was very happy that he called and let us know when he was coming. I didn't expect a call because they said 2 to 4, so that was a huge plus. He introduced himself and very personable. My son moved some stuff out of the way for him and he evaluated what needed to get done. He recommended some stuff and we took his recommendations. He really knew what he was talking about. He called my husband on speaker and explained to him what needed to get done and cost. The price was acceptable with the parts and amount of time it took him to. Fix it. When he was done we put the garage door up and down. It was soooo quiet and even my son was like "its not going to wake me up at night anymore" there were a few adjustments he needed to make but wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. Neal was a great guy and i recommend him and Precision to help you with your garage door needs. Definately going to call them in the future! Thank you, Neal!
