When I bought my new garage door a year ago I was never left with a remote. I just bought a new car and I have no way to open and close the door unless I get out of the car and run in the garage. I just had to purchase a remote for $50.00 plus service call. Not too happy about that but JAY my service man was so friendly and knowledgeable that I would like to say a big thanks to him and recommend him. Excellent!!

John was the technician that came to our house. He was extremely helpful and knew the product as we were in need of a new garage door. He explained everything as he was taking measurements and he was able to adjust our old door so it is working smoothly until we get the new one. Casey C and John A (tech in training) arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the job. I knew I needed a new opener and Casy C agreed that it was better to replace a 10 yr opener rather than repair. He did find that the springs were not holding the door up properly and recommended they be replaced as this probably contributed to the gear stripping on the opener. New springs a center roller, new bottom weather seal and new Liftmaster 8550 opener all installed programed all remotes including vehicle and outside keypad in 1 ½ hrs in 92 degree heat. Great service, clean and courteous, very impressed and highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

I was more than pleased with the service given me by Precision. For some reason, my garage door dropped as I was putting it down via the garage door opener. Right off I called the company. Keith came to the house within less than two hours. It couldn't be determined why the door dropped so suddenly but, so far, it is back working as it should be. I was only charged $29 for the very short service call...I was most appreciated of that and the quick response to the issue. Thank you!
