I was so impressed with Josh that I called after he completed the repair and spoke to his manager that he was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the repairs needed and never pressured to have any of them done. I owned my own business for over 30 years and know when you have a "GEM" of an employee like Josh he is a real asset to your company. The door now works BETTER then the day it was installed in 2006. I had 2 other companies come to repair the door and neither one ever fixed the issues. I will use Precision/Josh for any future repairs or replacements if and when needed. It is rare in today's service industry to find a person who is knowledgeable, professional and completes the job as he described. Josh is truly, in my opinion, one of a kind. I will recommend Precision to anyone looking to have their garaged door repaired or replaced. Josh, thank you for a job well done.

A competitor company that was unable to provide weekend service had recommended PRECISION as a most reliable and trustworthy garage door service on the space coast. Easy to locate online, I spoke with David who professionally arranged my service needs. Excellent service provided by Cory (highly recommend), a most courteous and knowledgeable technician exhibiting a most professional demeanor. Beside replacing a 10 year old broken tension spring, I decided after considering my options, which were detailed by Cory, to go with overhauling all moving parts ... best decision, in my opinion. I was very impressed with PRECISION and would highly recommend their company.

Clayton was the service technician from Precision Garage Door Repair of Florida. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable, had great interpersonal and communication skills, very respectful, and listened to the customer. He examined and evaluated both doors, at my request, and provided estimates for the items that I brought up. Decision to do both doors replacing all the springs, all the bearings and all the rollers based on his recommendations and responses to my inquiries. He was a great liaison between your company and myself. I would not hesitate to have Precision come do work for me in the future. Very happy with the service provided by Michael. Very personable, knowledgeable and performed the work in good time. He replaced the rollers on the door, removed the old broken opener and installed a new one. Even though things in the garage had to be moved around for him to work he made sure everything was moved back before he left. Very impressed with the whole experience. I did a lot of research and I am happy to say that #1 I got the LiftMaster 8550W --It is awesome and well worth the money -- it's fun with all the features and accessories (I love my toys and technology) #2 Rob the installer was fantastic --he explained what he was going to do and the cost --everything was up front, his workmanship was perfect and Rob installed the opener in less than 2 hours!! The best service I have had in a long time --Thank you Precision for a job well done!!
