I called for service shortly after 9:15 a.m. and was promised a service arrival of 11:00 a.m. or sooner. Jeremy called to say he was 10 minutes away and arrived early at 10:15 a.m. He is a courteous and knowledgeable Tech and very helpful in explaining the working operation of the mechanism as well. After working in enormous heat, everything was fully operational in 2 hours! Great Job!

Brent Williams was my Technician two straight evenings. First evening was the repair/replace the belt drive on the garage door opener and the second evening was to replace the lower garage door seal.
