I went to thank ROB for being a professorial installer. Everything we asked for he was able to give us. He came to install a garage door open and key pad. and as I spoke to him he made me feel he knew his job well. We were able to get the garage opener and key pad and also explained to us how we could have one key pad for both doors. all the work was done to our standards. No mess left in garage. Thank You Rob for such a good job My rating is a 5 or 10

I would highly recommend your service. The installers name was Lee and I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed my broken spring problem and reviewed all of my options with me. He understood that because of money problems on my part we could not do all of the necessary work at this time. My garage door spring broke at 6 pm Tuesday. I called Precision shortly after and was surprised that they could be there that night. The tech Jay arrived a 1/2 hour early. The springs were replaced quickly and Jay was a very courteous and professional. This is why I have always used Precision for garage door needs.

It's good to know customer service is not dead! I was scheduled an appointment in a very timely manner. I received an email confirmation of my appointment with the name and picture of the service technician coming to my house. Along with the picture was a link to reviews of my technician. My technician Keith was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue in a timely manner. He was very courteous and willing to educate me on the issue and how he fixed it. He also went above and beyond and corrected the limits I had set on my garage opener so that it was set correctly and replaced some rusty bolts on the arm connecting my opener to my garage door. I cannot say thank you enough. You have a customer for life and I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs their garage door repaired.

I had a garage door overhaul. The tech was very knowledgeable and proficient. The tech was honest and informative. The only thing I totally dislike was the "Energy Surcharge" which was never mentioned and was found buried in the invoice. It was $15. It ruined a perfect 5 star rating that I would give. I would question it if you plan to use Precision. I have no idea what "energy" I paid for.

Rob S. did my annual inspection. He was prompt, very professional and thorough, taking me through each step of the inspection. He showed me where the cables were showing weakness and told me to watch them for further deterioration. I was very satisfied with the service and will request him for further appointments.

I was recommended by a former employee. However I was getting upsold and when I spoke to the former employee and current at the same time the current one got upset that I wasn't getting the overhaul and only springs. The new springs work great!

When I bought my new garage door a year ago I was never left with a remote. I just bought a new car and I have no way to open and close the door unless I get out of the car and run in the garage. I just had to purchase a remote for $50.00 plus service call. Not too happy about that but JAY my service man was so friendly and knowledgeable that I would like to say a big thanks to him and recommend him. Excellent!!
