A broken spring made it impossible to get our cars out of the garage. We called the company which installed our garage door, but they couldn't get anyone out until 3 days later. We then called your company, and got an appointment for 6:00 PM the same day - Rob actually arrived an hour earlier. Rob explained the options available to us, and replaced both springs and bearings in 30+ minutes! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely call Precision again should we need service in the future, and will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

Your rep/tech was prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful...I initially called due to a broken spring that had resulted in additional damage to the door that rendered it undesirable and since he showed me that I could replace the door for not much more than the repair would cost and give me a hurricane resistant door I ordered a new one through him...The original door was likely as old as the 55 year old house...I hope he will be the rep to return for the installation..

I went to thank ROB for being a professorial installer. Everything we asked for he was able to give us. He came to install a garage door open and key pad. and as I spoke to him he made me feel he knew his job well. We were able to get the garage opener and key pad and also explained to us how we could have one key pad for both doors. all the work was done to our standards. No mess left in garage.
