yes sir, We called precision door and we were greeted with a bright cheerful gal that was very helpful and seemed to take a genuine intrest in our garage door issues.We were givin a courtesy call as they said they would and arrived promptly after.They're service man "Jake" was quick to diagnose our problems and explained all our options very clearly with the repairs.Also I would add that Jake appeared very professional with a no-nonsense approach to getting the job completed.Our overhead door now opens quiet and smooth with our newly installed opener.I would seriously recommend Precision Garage Door Service to any of my friends and family thank-you

I discovered a broken spring on my garage door late at night when the door had failed to open remotely and was difficult to open manually. I looked in the web for service and called Precision Garage Doors which was the first Google hit. I setup an appointment for the following morning. They came around 10:30 and in less than 1 hour replaced the spring with the correct one (an incorrect spring had been initially installed) and recommended to replace the rollers in packed bearings as well. My door is now like brand new. Thanks Jake Huntress for an excellent service and demeanor.

My garage door opener was damaged by a lightning storm. I called Precision to schedule an estimate/repair. They sent someone out the very same day. I was impressed with the professionalism of the person that took my call and the professionalism of the technician, Clayton, who did the repair. Clayton was knowledgeable and friendly and, with his well-stocked truck, was able to replace the damaged parts immediately and at a reasonable cost. He also pointed out a problem with my door balance and suggested that I might want to address that in the future (no pressure, but I decided to have him do an overhaul while he was there). I would highly recommend Precision to others needing a similar service.

I never expected to spend over $600 to fix the broken springs but Neil explained thoroughly the advantages of taking care of the other parts that were not working properly. The LifeTime warranty on the parts that he replaced was definitely the factor that prompted me to spend all this money. Neil was very courteous and knowledgeable, he did a great job. I hope that I won't have to call you back anytime soon to repair anything but if I do, I expect your support. Thank you.

I called PGD and literally w/ in 25 minutes a technician (Ty) was at our house. He worked diligently until the repair was done. I have not had my garage door working for over a year now. I found the number for Precision in an ad. I called and the customer service just starting made me feel happy and safe. What I mean by safe is due to the fact that the last company that came out tried to sell me rollers for $80 a piece. That would of cost me over $800, just on rollers alone. I just wanted to get my springs replace, because one of the springs broke, figured I'd get them both fixed and be done with it in one shot. By time that company told me this and that needed to be fixed and replaced, they wanted almost $1300+ and since I didn't go with them, they charged me $80 for a service charge. INSANE.. But this time around, your technician Clayton came out and was very nice, easy to talk to, respectful, and professional. In the end, I ended up getting new springs, all new rollers, new bearings, and everything got lubed up and it's working better than it ever has is ALOT quieter and smoother sounding when going up and down. I had all that done for $445. You can't beat that kind of a difference. Also got a 5 year warranty and the other company only wanted to give me a 1 year and they wanted to charge me even more for that. Clayton was not only on time, but early, finished a lot faster than I thought, showed me everything and explained everything to me, and didn't act annoyed with me when I asked questions or just talked to him in general. A lot of people can be rude and not very friendly. That was not the case with him. Knock on wood, hope I never have problems with my garage door again, but if I do, I will go through Precision again and hopefully Clayton will be the technican. THanks :)
