Cory came out this morning and he was a very polite and helpful technician. I appreciated his honesty about my garage door issue/s and did not try to talk me into work that did not need to be done at this time. Called the day after Memorial Day, for service on the garage door springs. Had a tech here by 10am that day! Neal explained all the options after carefully examining all of the mechanisms. He showed me specifically what was needed and even spoke with my husband over the phone to see if he had questions. Prompt, professional and courteous service.

Previous outstanding, trouble free experience with Precision earned my feelings as the "Go To" company re Garage door related business. I rate them as a 5 star comppany in all areas. Micheal Whiteman, Precision Door Technician, was on time, courteous, efficient, very knowledgeable and very clean in his work habits. His thorough post repair checks were very satisfactory to me, so much so that I forgot to use my coupon a "..time of service".

I did a lot of research and I am happy to say that #1 I got the LiftMaster 8550W --It is awesome and well worth the money -- it's fun with all the features and accessories (I love my toys and technology) #2 Rob the installer was fantastic --he explained what he was going to do and the cost --everything was up front, his workmanship was perfect and Rob installed the opener in less than 2 hours!! The best service I have had in a long time --Thank you Precision for a job well done!!

I was so impressed with Josh that I called after he completed the repair and spoke to his manager that he was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain all the repairs needed and never pressured to have any of them done. I owned my own business for over 30 years and know when you have a "GEM" of an employee like Josh he is a real asset to your company. The door now works BETTER then the day it was installed in 2006. I had 2 other companies come to repair the door and neither one ever fixed the issues. I will use Precision/Josh for any future repairs or replacements if and when needed. It is rare in today's service industry to find a person who is knowledgeable, professional and completes the job as he described. Josh is truly, in my opinion, one of a kind. I will recommend Precision to anyone looking to have their garaged door repaired or replaced. Josh, thank you for a job well done.
