In the past I have called others, but since the first time I called Precision I no longer call others. They are prompt and reliable. Their technicians are highly professional and highly skilled. I recently had springs replaced and this visit was for lube which should be done quarterly.

My garage was not working properly I had seen an advertisement for your company and called to schedule appt. Your technician was able to come out next day. Brandon was friendly, courteous he explained what I needed and he did not try to sell me something I did not need. Highly recommend you guys. Neal arrived on time to repair our broken garage door on a Saturday night over the 4th of July weekend. Hated to have to call some one out on a weekend but we are in the process of moving so really NEEDED to have the door fixed. Neal was awesome!! We are very pleased with the installation of our new garage door. The crew was very capable and efficient (and quiet). Our only beef is that there apparently is no way to connect our existing inside button with the new door opener control. A remote can be used from inside but, if one is not available, that could be a safety issue in the event of a prowler. Apart from that, 5 stars!! Would highly recommend them. Thanks for a job very well done!

I called Precision at 8 a.m. They promised the technician would arrive between 11-1. The tech called just after 11 to let me know he was on the way. Neal was professional and knowledgeable and had a sense of humor! He completed the repair in short order. We were very pleased with the response time and the service.

I am writing this review at 9:48 pm as Jeremy our technician has just left after completing a repair and complete replacement of our garage door opener. I was concerned that he was having to work so late but he assured me with a great attitude, that this was his job and I should have no concerns. His manager should know what a dedicated employee they have and if I could I would recruit him to come and work for my company. After searching the web for a new garage door opener as ours was acting up we came across Precision Door Service. I gave them a call to see what the cost would be to install a new one which I found there pricing to be very reasonable. I was also shocked that Precision was able to have a technician at my home within 3 hours. Very impressed. The technician was Cory and he was very knowledgeable, polite and tentative. He took his time to explain the system to us and made sure we understood how it worked before he left. Great unexpected feature WI-FI. This will be a great tool to have so I can check the door online when I forget or think I forgot to close it. Cory is a great tech and I would recommend him as well a Precision Door Service.
