Within the hour he had both worn belts and a bent door working quite well (I had the bumped into the garage door not realizing that the broken belt had happened and door only rose partially). Had problems with garage door which kept opening back up as it hit the bottom when closing. Neil T. came out, diagnosed the problem immediately and installed repair part. He also inspected the entire system and recommended appropriate services. He was quite knowledgeable and a gentleman.
