The person you sent was above & beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. He explained the options for repairs, including the package, which we took. It was perfect for our needs. He then spent at least 3 hours in the extreme heat working in the garage. I can't say enough good things about your tech. We were extremely pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend Precision.

What started as a simple door adjustment turned into a complete rebuild. Clayton was awesome, it took some time to troubleshoot a faulty original installation, but he never gave up and now I'm sure I have the quietest door in the neighborhood. I had an excellent experience working with Precision Door. First Ty rebuilt my 25 year old door only replacing the parts that were necessary and not trying to sell me the "total rebuild package" which other companies I got estimates from did. This saved me more than $100. The door worked perfectly until today. Ty's brother Cory came out today and found that I had bumped one of the sensors out of line and he re-aligned it at no charge and the door is working again. I highly recommend Precision Door. Their service is very professional, they show up on time, they do the work the say they're going to do and their billing service is very easy to work with.

I am very impressed with the way you do business. I used your chat room to discuss my issue and make an appointment. I had a technician at my house within three hours! Ty was the technician and was very helpful. I explained what was going on with my OLD opener and he gave me a couple of different ways I could go. Ty is very personable and knows his business. He installed my new Liftmaster door opener and programed my car and the other remotes. He was very efficient and very polite. Precision is now the only business I will call if I need work on my garage door or opener. Thank you for a job well done!

We were vey pleased with the service rep today(Neal Trepanier). When he arrived, we explained what we would like to have accomplished which was replace the weather strip on the garage door and perform a general maintenance on the system. When all the work was accomplished, he called my wife and I out and explained what was completed and stated the door is in good working order. Another 5 star performance from Precision.

Precision was able to send technicians out the same day. Jake and Brent were very kind and explained everything to me. They gave me two options to fix my garage door opener. They did not have a part to complete the installation, but they went and got it and did not let the inconvenience bother them. They were quick and efficient installing the garage door opener and keypad.

Originally used Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor... now it's for the great service we've received. Neal was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which helped us out with our tight schedule. Very thorough and knowledgeable with problems and options explained clearly. Repairs were made in good time and the door operates better than ever! We highly recommend Precision Door for whatever garage door issues you may have. Better to avoid a bigger problem by making small repairs before big damage occurs!
