I chose Precision for their service reviews. Technician Neil did a great job repairing my garage door. He was knowledgeable and the repair was completed quickly. He was courteous and took the time to explain things to me. My door was extremely noisy and now it performs smoothly and quietly.

Clayton was the technician who responded to my service request for a failed roller. First, he arrived at the scheduled time and quickly performed the necessary repairs. Since I am still within a year of my purchase, there was no charge for the repair. In addition, Clayton provided additional information on door maintenance and explained the storm locking procedure, which I did not know. My garage door would not close at Greens of Viera East Condoes! I had to leave to Orlando in two hours and secure my Classic Car in my garage. Your technician was on site within one hour and replaced the control board inside the main unit. He was excellent on his job and had my garage door working in twenty minutes. Excellent Job !!!

Your Technician, Ty, was very professional, and polite. I did not get the name of the gentlemen that was with him. They were both very nice and knowledgeable, about everything. He gave me three estimates, and then I asked him to email them to me. I want to check with my kids on this, because the estimates are expensive. I am the sole person to contact now as Ted Holm, my husband, died in April of this year. So when contacting me, please use my name instead of his. Your company was here in 2012, and they wanted him at that time to do the appropriate work but he was quite sick and reluctant. They suggested to him, at that time what was needed to get the door in PRECISION order. I am happy to give this review. You may change the wording to suit your needs.

Neil was very professional & did a good job. I have two suggestions which might be helpful to you: 1- I suggest just fixing what is broken & substantially reduce the pressure -- including having to sign off on "your liability" etc -- to purchase a complete overhaul of the garage door 2- use a drop cloth; after Neil left we discovered numerous very small drops of dark black grease on the garage floor which we had already tracked into the house & subsequently had to spend some time trying to find & remove them all.

My most recent experience with Precision Garage Door was perhaps my fourth contact with your technicians. All were quite good---excellent, I would say. They are always quite professional, very knowledgeable in their product or service which may be involved---and very important, they are friendly and pleasant to deal with. In this case, a new battery for the opener was purchase and installed.

I originally bought the $99. garage door silencing package Precision Garage Door offered on Angie's list but there were other problems with the door and opener that needed attention. Ty Keenan was the serviceman (along with his partner whose name escapes me) who came to the house. I explained the problems I was having with the door and the opener and Ty did an inspection and presented me with two options to remedy the situation. Ty clearly explained the reasons for and benefits of each option which allowed me to make an informed decision. Ty and his partner were on time, pleasant and knowledgable. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone.

My garage door would not open and found that the spring was broken. I called Precision and they sent someone right out to fix it - this was on a Saturday at 6:00 pm as well. The gentlemen who did the work was pleasant and did a great job in a timely manner. In addition, Precision was the company who installed both our new garage doors after the last hurricane and we were very pleased. I would highly recommend this company.
