Rob was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at the garage door and new immediately what was wrong. He was very thorough in explaining what was broken and what my options were. He was able to do all the repairs. When he was done, he leaf blowed all of the old grass / dust that accumulated around the garage door - very nice touch! Rob is a great representative for your company.

My name is Ron Fear on Hailey St in West Melbourne Tech fiund problems and replaced Springs,cables,rollers and was done in approx 1 hour. The last outfit I had 3 years ago took 3 hours. I dont remember the technicians name but he was great. VERY COURTIOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ALSO VERY THOROUGH. Am very pleased with job he did. I think his name was David and he is an excellent technician

I have been using precision since I have moved to Vero Beach 4 years ago. They have replaced garage door openings in both of my properties, and I call for service whenever their is a problem. Precision has always been there with timely help when I need it. Recently a spring broke on my door and Precision sent repairman Davey the same day and earlier than was quote. Davey did an outstanding job or repairing my garage door and I was extremely happy with the service.

Precision employees have been a godsend for us three times now. Today we had Casey and, once again, although costly for the several things we needed to repair our garage door -- it was worth every penny! We have been using them for over 12 years now. We started in 2007, second appointment in 2010 with the same garage door still in place since l998 but they have helped us maintain it and now we are probably good for another 5 to 10 years!

The technician did not have the materials to repair/replace the rubber seal on the bottom of my door. He called the office and they did not have it either. I expected you to be a full service company. He did a good job replacing the door openers mounted on the wall.
