I have used Precision before and was happy with their service. This time they called to let me know they were on the way and showed up right on time that service was scheduled. The tech spotted the problem right away. He had the parts needed on his truck and repaired the broken hinge plus lubed the door and tested the door for proper operation. The Tech was very courteous and kept social distancing while we discussed the job.

I have used Precision since purchasing my house back in 2016. I had Mickey come by today for an annual maintenance call. Turned out that I needed to replace a worn garage door opener belt. Mickey wore a mask, he was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. THANKS!

I felt good because being a women a lot of the time people to take to explain things and Robert did take the time. I knew the cost of everything before we did it. I found Precision through an online search for repair services. The web site gave me confidence that one call - one appointment would resolve my problem. Your technician, Lonny Miller, was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable; explained everything needed after surveying the damage. The new product listed below is Springs, but other items were needed for the repair. Lonny was also very understanding; had to come back later that day to accomplish the repair in order to provide me time to move stuff out of the "work zone". Everything works great; even better than before!

The belt on the opener was going bad. Rob assessed the situation, recommended replacement & other maintenance to extend the life of the motor. He didn’t try to sell me anything not needed. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything worked well when he was done. I would call them again.

Sales rep Bryan was a previous installer and walked me thru the process. My garage has custom cabinetry that was close to the rails, and I had other installers indicate this was a problem. I was very pleased with Precision quality of materials, timeliness, punctuality and especially installation. A.J. and Jay were most excellent in fast installation, clean wiring, customer briefing on usage, clean up, etc. Door quality and installation were just as described, no surprises. My door is solid, insulated and opener works great on smartphone. Would highly recommend.

Provided after hours service at a fair price. Excellent coordination between appt. center and technicians. Technician arrived in advance of appt. time. Lonny Miller, the technician, provided a thorough description of the problem and recommended work to repair the problem. The world was performed in a two hour time. Finally they performed work for me in 2011. The offer excellent service, fair pricing and good warranty follow up. That is why they deserve a 5 Star Rating!

I had my doors two installed by this company. They are the only company that has serviced my doors. While the guys are great and nice and curtious always early or on time and I love the design of my doors I have have a few issues that are not solved and worry me. I have had them come out on numerous occasion but no one can remedy my issues. Its no fault of their own I guess just perplexing to me and frustrating. I really wanted to do 5 stars because they are a good company that stands by their product.
