Our serviceman was special. He called when he was on his way and gave me a 15 minute window for his arrival. He found the problem quickly and it only required readjusting a sensor. Then checked the rest and could make future recommendations but not now! No pressure. I highly recommend him!

I had seen the Precision trucks driving around Palm Bay so when my door spring broke Precision was the first name that came to mind. I checked the website and just knew that I was going to make the correct choice. I was really surprised when I called and found out the repair was same day! The Tech, David, was on schedule, examined the door and within minutes discussed the needed repairs and the final cost. He was very friendly and professional. The repair was completed in his estimated time and the door operation has never been as quiet and smooth. We are considering a new door in the future and Precision will be the installer.
