Neil has serviced my door several times, each time I've been completely satisfied. Neil is an asset to your company, both in the way he approaches the problem and the way he explains what is wrong. His work ethic is amazing....not only does he know the product, but he goes about correcting whatever is wrong without hesitation. Please note on my account....Send Neil on any service work for me. Thank You..... Definitely 5 Star.....

A true asset to your company. Rob called prior to arrival, was extremely professional and exuded knowledge of his craft. He not only installed the new unit, he took the time to help program my vehicles, clean the work area and thoroughly explained its functions and features. I will definitely be recommending your company to friends, family and neighbors!!

Clay quickly established what was wrong with my garage door and offered me two levels of estimates 1. fix it to work with a lesser warranty 2. fix it and service the entire door for the springs and tracks to support the weight of the reinforced door and warranty the parts for life for a higher price. Less than two hours later, I had a perfectly working and safe garage door with lifetime warranty parts. I am completely happy!

We have done business with Precision previously. For that reason, it was a "no-brainier" when our current garage doors needed service. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The technician made a point of calling me to keep me informed of his progress toward my appointment, and showed up on time. He took the time to explain to me exactly the problems I was having with my door, told me exactly how he intended to repair it, and went about doing exactly that. When complete, I was so impressed with his work that I went on and authorized him to preform preventive maintenance on the other door. Repairs were made promptly and professionally. I was amazed at the difference! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

The ability to service an emergency call quickly, professionally and affordable - That's great service! Thank you Cory, your customer service is outstanding!
