I love my new garage doors. Plus I used the coupon and received another $125 off of my bill. My old doors were wooden and ugly and not up to code in Florida. The men that did the install were very professional and made sure everything was to my liking. Mostly I just trusted them and that was a good decision. There were a few bumps along the way no fault of the company or installer's. My house is older so some other repairs needed to be made and they came back the same day after I had my contractor do the repairs. They knew I had to leave town and did not want to leave with plywood covering the holes where the doors had been so they made sure they came back the same day and installed the doors so It would look nice and be more secure while I was out of town. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors in Rockledge to do your garage doors. Great company where making the customer happy and doing the work on time and perfect is their business. I know they will last a long time. I will also have them come back and install two openers at a later date.

Precision doors has impressed me! After an unfortunate incident involving my garage door and my trash can, Clayton came out and repaired the door. Even though it was Sunday evening, Clayton was as professional, pleasant, and competent as if it were Monday morning. They will be my first and only call for future needs.

A torsion spring on my door had broken. The professional looking, informative website and the lifetime warranty were the reasons your company was contacted. I called at 10 PM, the phone was promptly answered by a helpful person and I set the appointment for the next day. The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. I opted to purchase the complete overhaul and am glad I did. The door opens very smooth and quiet now and I know I'll never have to pay for the parts again. Thanks.

Technician was prompt and called before arriving. The issue was a non-working exterior keypad. The technician finally diagnosed the problem as a dead battery, replaced it with a new one and did not charge for the service call. We are very pleased with the installation of a new door opener just under a year ago and will use your company for all our garage door/opener needs ---- as well as recommend you to all our friends.

Service Rep ,Clayton, arrived the same day, on time as scheduled. Good start ! He was very friendly and professional in all areas. Parts needed to be ordered. I was given an estimate on both time to get them and the cost of the repair. Both seemed fair. I have a double garage with two doors and Clayton suggested I move my boat trailer in position inside of the broken door area so we could use the working door area for the car. Seemed like a good idea to me and HE EVEN HELPED ME MOVE THE TRAILER from one side to the other. Being in the automotive business for 45 years I have a real appreciation for excellent service Precision has always provided it to me.

I do not know all that was done but Neil was a very good worker, and did a good job, at the end as we tried the garage door new light and opener the light would not go on a wire had broken inside the wall I guess so Neil had to string a wire across the garage ceiling and down the door frame to the new switch, this does not look so great and I hope the broken wire will not cause any problem I would hire Neil again.

I chose your company because of your BBB logo advertised in the phone book. Neil was sent to my home. He was on time, very informative, and he has a pleasant personality. I paid for what I call a "tune-up" on my garage door and garage door opener. The door just started getting stuck, and would not perform as it was suppose to. I chose not to replace either one at this time because Neil told me that both were in good condition and, good quality. I did replace the needed hardware on the door, replaced the circuit board on the garage door opener, and purchased a new remote. I am a happy customer because I saved almost half of what I had anticipated spending on this repair. I was told I do not need to be concerned about the door or the opener for a few more years because of the good condition and quality. I will tell my neighbors and friends about your company.
