Nathan was the technician who came on a Sunday evening to repair my garage door. He was very thorough explaining all the different options. He was prompt in arriving and cleaned up everything before he left. I asked questions during the repair and he was very patient with this (semi-old) lady out in the garage bugging him. Our garage door wouldn't close automatically last night. We called Precision Garage Doors today and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. Our garage door technician was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got our garage door working again and also offered helpful tips to maintain the life of our garage door. Awesome service!

I don't remember what made me call Precision for the 1st time over a year ago, but I was so impressed that when I needed other work, they were my first call, and again, I was not disappointed. I called at 7 a.m. and the excellent customer service started right then. They were accommodating of my schedule, offering a choice of appointment times. Jake was here as scheduled, he was professional and he had no problem answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend. As far as those reviewers complaining about cost...you get what you pay for....and I did not find their service to be expensive.
