The garage door cable had snapped leaving the door at an angle. I called your company for an estimate. I appreciate how quickly your technician Brent responded and his prompt response with the estimates and recommendations for a replacement door. I will definitely recommend your company to family and friends. No work was done today as this is a rental property but I hope to persuade the landlord to use your services. Mary Norris, MS

We called on Sunday night for our garage door. It wouldn t go up or down. They scheduled an appointment for us Monday 2-4. Around 2 o'clock Neal called and stayed he was running behind and said he would be here 3 to 4. He arrived at 3. I was very happy that he called and let us know when he was coming. I didn't expect a call because they said 2 to 4, so that was a huge plus. He introduced himself and very personable. My son moved some stuff out of the way for him and he evaluated what needed to get done. He recommended some stuff and we took his recommendations. He really knew what he was talking about. He called my husband on speaker and explained to him what needed to get done and cost. The price was acceptable with the parts and amount of time it took him to. Fix it. When he was done we put the garage door up and down. It was soooo quiet and even my son was like "its not going to wake me up at night anymore" there were a few adjustments he needed to make but wouldn't leave until I was satisfied. Neal was a great guy and i recommend him and Precision to help you with your garage door needs. Definately going to call them in the future! Thank you, Neal!

It was a pleasure to have Neil do the repair on my garage door. He was quick, efficient & courteous. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it & performed the annual maintenance while he was here. I use your service because I have done so since 2009 when I had the first repair on the door. Prices are fair & the work is well-done. Thank you!

Precision Garage Door Service is awesome. I have a rental property in Vero Beach and the tenant informed me the garage door wasn't working. I called Precision on a Monday and they scheduled me for the following day. The technician Rob called me in the early afternoon to let me know he was on his way (and early too, bonus) and after a thorough assessment on the door and door opener, Rob suggested multiple options to getting the door back to working condition. I choice the full overhaul of all hardware, springs, rollers, hinges, etc. Everything works like new, they took my CC over the phone and called me to go over all the work they did. Super Customer Service and Professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone in there service area.

I just retired after 40 years as a high-end custom home builder, and am impressed with the technician that repaired and replaced the 15 year old parts and motor. Last year your company performed a similar service for me on another home In Sebastian, and I was also impressed with the work and caliber of the technician. 5 stars
