We have done business with Precision previously. For that reason, it was a "no-brainier" when our current garage doors needed service. I called and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The technician made a point of calling me to keep me informed of his progress toward my appointment, and showed up on time. He took the time to explain to me exactly the problems I was having with my door, told me exactly how he intended to repair it, and went about doing exactly that. When complete, I was so impressed with his work that I went on and authorized him to preform preventive maintenance on the other door. Repairs were made promptly and professionally. I was amazed at the difference! I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!

He temporarily fixed the door to safely keep in closed and scheduled a full repair within 2 days. Star Rating: 5 / Neal Trepanier performed an excellent service on the operation of a heavy single (2 car door) reinforced for hurricanes. The chain had become loose and the door would disengage when the carrier hit the motor....this caused a very dangerous situation due to the fact the door would disengage and slam down. Neil listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked out the operation of the door correcting all issues. He also installed an outside remote synched to the door opener which really comes in handy. Overall Neal is an excellent technician that I would recommend in the future. Thank you, Jack Macey
