We have been using Precision Door Service for maintenance on our two garage doors for quite a few years and have always been very happy with the fast scheduled service, on time arrivals, no muss, no fuss maintenance, honesty in the work needed and fair pricing. Since the doors are now in the 8+ year old range and the most used door was in need of new parts we had a new spring, bearing and rollers installed and the usual annual maintenance done on the second door as the tech said it was still good for a few more years. I highly recommend this business.

Rob was prompt in his arrival. He explained the options completely and we chose a plan of action. He replaced the springs and cleaned and lubricated all areas. He said it would take about an hour and it did. He was professional and well versed in his job. The price was fair, and we are happy with the result. We would recommend Precision to everyone.

Reason for service was belt failed and door would not open Went on the internet and your side was most appealing to me. Also coupon available helped me make a choice. Next day service was acceptable, . but did offer same day emergency for 79.00 but not acceptable to me . Brian did a great job, and I was very satisfied with his work and knowledge of the repairs done. Replaced belt assembly and installed new cables and adjusted for proper function.

I called today 12/17/2021 to have my Lift Master jackshaft opener fixed. An appointment was made for today between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. The technician called a few minutes later and he arrived at 11:15 am. He determined that the cables were loose and had my garage door working in no time. Mickey was very pleasant and very thorough. Thanks for the excellent service.

all employees that have provided service have been professional, respectful and efficient. This last time, they sent a technician the same day that I called regarding the problem. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs. One thing bothered me that has nothing to do with the service provided, which was excellent. Precision does not require their employees to be vaccinated against Corona Virus.

excellent service. The two individuals stayed with a repair that was quite extensive and was quite challenging to fix. It appears a car backed into the system at some point to have caused the damage. The parts replaced were quite extensive. The field below does not accept more then one entry. Some were a new motor , main rail roller, remote keyboard, remotes, etc.

We did the quieting package and what a great difference. The door used to sound like we were torturing the neighbors cat and now smooth and quiet is the way to describe the opening/closing.
