As always, very satisfied with the annual check-up and work performed by Bryan H. I couldn't be in better hands. Bryan explained scope of work in detail. My questions were answered, referring to one of the openers, and I am pleased to know, the garage door is in good shape. Thank you!

Your company sent out a repairman on a Saturday night when my garage door opener looked like it might detach itself from the garage ceiling. My husband had just gotten home from the hospital and I had visions of being trapped in my house, unable to get out of my garage in an emergency. Jeff Dineen worked in the heat and was able to make a quick fix so that I was comfortable. We liked him so much, we waited to have the new opener installed on Wednesday, today, so that he could do it! He was very thorough and personable and I would highly recommend him and Precision Garage Doors!

SCAM! They suckered me with lies and un-needed up-sells. Then the manager mocked me when I called to report the issue.

We're a previous customer and know others who recommend Precision. In addition to replacing the broken springs, the service technician replaced bearings, aligned rollers and more. The door works again and is quieter and smoother than ever.

Precision Door provided prompt, courteous service to replace a broken spring on our garage door. Bryan and Brady kept me informed of their arrival time and not only replaced the broken spring, but performed a complete service on my door opening system. I asked them to replace the rubber belt on the drive since it was quite old and wearing thin in a few areas. They were very efficient and adjusted the door to work properly and smoothly. Thanks for doing a great job guys!

The rating would have been 5 stars, but I never got the receipt I was told would be emailed to me. The tech did a great job - told me what he thought was wrong, and what he would do to fix the trouble. He went straight to work and got everything working perfectly in a short time. I'm a returning customer, and will always be one. You have good workers, and a great company. Don Whitman 2255 Woodlawn Circle Melbourne

My two car garage door broke with our new car in the garage. We called and the technician showed up the same day. We received a text telling us the technician was on the way with the name and photo of the technician. When the technician arrived, he wrote up an estimate with two options to choose from. We chose the overhaul repair and the technician got started right away. The technician was Jeff Dineen and was very professional and explained in detail the repair to my wife and I. The repair was completed the same day and on the estimate we approved. I would recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.
