We were heading out of the house yesterday morning when the garage door malfunctioned. I made a call to the Precision Garage Door company & requested same day service. I was happy with the one to three arrival time offered. At close to one o’clock, Rob arrived ready to work. He found the problem immediately, rectified it and did a complete maintenance on the door all for under $100. He was so friendly and informative and best of all the garage door works fine. Kudos to this company that we have used before and a big thank you to Rob for a job well done. We will continue to use them in the future. Gloria Marrone for Robert Morris

Current garage door was purchased from Precision in 2017, just wanted a tune up. Appointment was scheduled between 8-10 AM. Jeffrey arrived around 0930 to make assessments for necessary tasks. He was very professional, explained each finding and proceeded with his labor. I would recommend Precision without hesitation to friends and family. Would certainly call again for any issues.

Friendly service starting with my initial call. Brian arrived on time, listened to my explanation of what had happened, then explained the issue and what needed to be done, including the estimate. Once completed, he walked me through the repairs he had completed and provided some DIY recommendations, which I appreciated. Very pleased and happy to recommend to others.

Precision was able to resolve my garage door repair in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. The folks on the phone were responsive and the technician, Jeff, was outstanding. He explained everything before actually doing the work and the result was a door functioning better than before it needed a repair. Thanks for your excellent service!!
