My neighbor referred Precision garage door and they came out within 40 minutes and fixed my springs and put the safety beam in the correct position. Advised me on new codes for the doors for insurance and was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Shane came by this morning to do our yearly maintenance. He was very professional and efficient. He fixed a connection that was loose and tightened screws around the motor. I am very pleased with the experience. The door is so quiet now when the door is opened and closed.

I assume the door works properly as I was not home when work was completed. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous. However, the company sucks you in with low quotes for service charge and spring cost (when replacing a broken spring), then adds on some bogus $20 “energy fee”, and also tells you that you get zero warranty unless you purchase the 3 bearings at $40 each. What I expected to be a $200 charge was $300. If they told you all this while on the phone when making an appointment, I wouldn’t mind. It’s pretty much bait and switch tactics. I will not use them next time as there are plenty of alternatives.

Have had them do a spring replacement and also annual preventative maintenance. Always well trained, knowledgeable technicians that arrive during scheduled windows. No issues. I have heard only positive things from others in our neighborhood who use them for repair/service.

Memorial Day weekend on Saturday morning heard a spring snap, thought we would be stranded all weekend. One call and by 1:30 we were good to go. Found some other things wrong which I agreed with. Great service and the garage door is smoother sounds better than it ever has. Door was was16-18 years old.
