Tech was on time. fixed broken mtg brkt, recommended replacing rollers which saved me money. The finished opener mounting looks first class and should never break again. Charge was reasonable. I will put Precision Garage Doors on my list for anything to do with garage doors for the future.

I have used Precision in the past so when I needed a new door & opener I picked them. The guys showed up on time and installation went smoothly. It took about 4 hors and they worked well as a team. The opener had a malfunction 2 days later and the technician came out in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. The guys are easy to deal with, courteous and competent.

We used Precision when we lived in PA so we were very well aware of the quality of service that would be provided and we were certainly not disappointed. Our service tech was Leigh and he could not have been nicer and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. If you need any type of garage repair or service you cannot go wrong with Precision.

The experience was excellent. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable , and very professional. The cost estimate is fair and reasonable. My garage door hardware was falling apart and I thought a repair would work. I called Precision because I had done business with them in Orlando and had a great experience with them. Keith showed up, inspected the door and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. In the end I needed a whole door replacement. Keith was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
