We used Precision Door in the past and saw their ad in the Safari saver and our door needed maintenance as the door was not working properly. We like that this is a home town company. The service tech ShaRaad Humes was pleasant, professional and well spoken. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. He diagnosed the problem informed me of the price and took care of the issue quickly. The door works perfectly after he completed the annual maintenance and reset the torsion spring assembly. We requested service to install sensors and brackets. We had all the parts. Tech was 2 hours late, said we had the wrong parts, which was previously provided by Precision. I came home after working 10 hours and installed the sensors myself using same parts. Invoice says we refused to pay when no discussion of payment occurred. Just needed a little help to lighten my load but couldn’t get it.

Paid $624.00for a garage door opener with wifi. I cannot get the WiFi to work and I cannot get either of 2 car built in remotes to work. Precision Garage Door of Brevard will not help to resolve the issues. I would not recommend them.

I just had a new unit installed. The price was fair. This 5 star review is due mostly to the technician that did my installation. His name was ShaRaad. He called on this way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the units and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very thorough in his explanations and did the installation quickly. ShaRaad was friendly and professional.

We had a little problem with opening our garage door and Corey, the Precision Service Tech, came out, re-aligned our photo sensors and also re-greased the track which made the whole thing run quieter and smoother. He was very professional and explained everything to us. All in all, a model of GREAT customer service!!!
