Very pleased. Around 2pm, I found I had a broken spring with a trapped vehicle in the garage. Precision said they could be out by 6pm. They were here by 5pm and fixed the springs as promised in a very timely manner. Service rep was friendly and knew his stuff. Great job. 5 STAR

I HIT THE JACKPOT! I finally chose the right garage door company to replace my sick garage door opener. I have been in my home for 38 eight years and have had multiple garage door openers replaced. This, by far, was the best and most thorough replacement of them all. I would, without hesitation, recommend Precision Door Service of Brevard to anyone needing their service. They not only replaced the opener but also replaced both the indoor and outdoor keypad and the car remote. The system was fine tuned by a highly skilled technician who was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. One with high ethics who efficiently and effectively went about his job. I called service when my garage door wouldn't close. First, I want to again thank the person who answered the phone and calmly walked me through the manual override to get it shut. She scheduled and appointment for the next day. The technicians (Leigh & Casey) arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They took care of the problem and also inspected the rest of the door. Leigh made some suggestions to"make it better". I totally agreed! They took care of it right away without having to come back. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable technicians. I appreciate all of their efforts. JOB WELL DONE!!!

The Technician, Chris Green, very knowledgeable and curious. He started off with exam of the system which was 4 years old and installed by precision and then showed me what needed attention. I already knew the spring system would need adjustment having gone through this procedure previously. Replaced what needed to be replace at reasonable cost. I know to lube the trolley system, have not done this for 2 years. He informed me of a yearly maintenance plan that will perform that service for me at a reasonable price. I have made referral to people in the past regarding Precision Garage door service.

Chris was prompt and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of the door and opener system and made specific recommendations to improve the function of the door. Chris was particularly careful to properly size the new springs and he removed a twist in the chain that periodically caused the door to fail to close. Door is now much quieter and works well. He even tried to do a repair to the lift motor instead of just saying we had to have a new one. Ended up replacing it anyway. They honored the on-line discount coupon we had printed.
