Outstanding Customer Service! The garage door technician who came to our house (can't remember his name) was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me different options to choose from. I selected the $129.00 option which replaced all my metal rollers with nylon ones, greased the door and hinges, and fixed my problem with the garage door only closing halfway. The work was incredible. I would definitely all Precision Door Service again for any related garage door issues.

I have always loved the services I receive from Precision. This last visit was no exception. Corey showed up on time and was extremely professional, thorough and courteous. Although I only reported one issue, I asked Corey if he could look at my other door while he was here. After 3 - 4 hours of non-stop work, both of my 16 year old garage doors operated like they were brand new. I was expecting to pay twice the price and gladly would have. Precision has a wonderful team of professionals and I would never use anyone else.

I recently had Jason B. Check my garage door. He found the problem right away. The wire to the cable was not working. He stated due to insuarnce purpsoes they could not g into the attack. So he ran a new wire inside the garage. He did a great job. He also stated that I needed a new spring. I advised him that is a new spring. He stated they put the wrong spring on there. I contacted the company who had replaced the spring. They put the same sping that the builder put in when the house was built. Either way. He was still a nice guy and very polite, friendly and professional. He got the remote working again. The price was reasonable. So I will probably use them again. I give him five stars.

Generally satisfied with the service. Two minor comments, the technician would not honor the $25 coupon we downloaded from the Precision site and there is a sliver of light that comes through the left side of the bottom of the garage when the door is closed.
