I had technician, Mickey, here this morning for general maintenance and an inspection because it had been three years since my last service. He found the door to be out of balance and reset torsion spring assembly. Door works much easier now. Less wear and tear on the garage door opener mechanism. Very pleased. Mickey is a good guy!

door was noisy. After over $600.00 it still as noisy if not more so. Was told that it was the motor and not the door after the service was done. Not very pleased.

I've used Precision before and have always been pleased. I recently thought I had a huge problem which turned out to be a really quick fix. Precision did not try to sell me a new unit (although he did warn me that my unit that is over 15 years old MAY be wearing out), he just tested everything to make sure it was working properly and went on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

One of the cables rusted and snapped on one of my garage doors. I called Precision around eleven AM expecting to schedule an appointment for later in the week. Instead they had a crew at my house within three hours of the call. The work was completed by two very professional employees. They completed a safety inspection and performed maintenance that will prevent future problems. Precision initialled both garage doors and openers over 12 years ago and this is the first problem I've encountered. Good company. They stand behind their work. Work crews are professionals and courteous. Highly recommend.

My garage door was installed by Precision in 2008, and a few days ago the drive belt needed to be replaced. The technician (Darian) arrived today, agreed that the belt needed to be replaced, but also stated that due to age, the door needed additional maintenance (cables, cable drum, spring replacement), all of which had to be done or he couldn't install the drive belt. Darian said it was a safety issue and called the office to verify that he couldn't do anything unless I agreed to the whole $650+ maintenance. I decided not to have anything done and paid for the service call. I want to stress that Darian was professional and courteous the entire time. And I don't doubt that the recommended maintenance was factual. However, I was extremely offput by a company policy which denied me the decision as to what maintenance I wanted done today, and what maintenance I might want deferred until a later time. Telling me it's a "safety issue" feels like a scare tactic to get as much money from me as possible. I would not use your company again, nor would I recommend it to others.

I would recommend Precision to everyone that has issues with their garage door, or is looking for a new door! Corey was great showed up on a Sunday morning looked at my garage door to see what was going on. Once he was done he provided 3 different quotes! I was able to pick the option that fit into what was actually needed right away and fit into my current budget. He fixed my door on the spot and about 45 min later I have a QUIET fixed garage door!! So quiet! I have had to open and close it a couple times already, and I actually stand and listen to how freaking quiet it is now!!! Honest, clean, professional, polite and very knowledgeable!
