Rob was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Thanks to Rob we now have a "quiet" door again. We kept our original door but he changed the motor and other hardware that was desperately needed. We also added a keypad which is a plus. Would definitely use Precision for any other future needs that come along. Will also not hesitate to refer this company to others. A job well done.

Same day service is a top priority. Tropical door told me on 12/29 they couldn't come out until 1-2-19. NOT ACCEPTABLE Background checks on employees is critical in this day and age too. Jay did an awesome job.

You installed my new Hurricane Rated Garage Door September 19 this year, and it is a BLESSING!! SO QUIET that I LOVE it! Yesterday I called because it would not close, it just blinked and said there was an 'obstruction'. Sharaad and his helper came and were very courteous; in half an hour or so they had it corrected, with NO CHARGE! LOVELY! They get an "A+". Great service, and Thank You for the speed of it all.

Do you know what it's like to hear this loud bang at 10:30 pm coming from your garage , only to find out that the spring has broken on your garage door, and its 3 days before Christmas !! I called first thing the next morning to your company and from the call to the lady in the office to the time the service tech got to the house was only a couple of hours . I could not have asked for better service from all involved . Nobody likes a big bill right before Christmas , but the tech did all he could to make it as painless as possible . I think the tech's name was David and was the best. He was super polite and very quick in doing the job. He certainly took some of the worry out of the weekend. Thank you all for everything and Merry Christmas .
