I can't say enough good things about Garret Fitch! He arrived on time, we went over what I was thinking needed repair on the door, he inspected our system, offered several alternatives, and after I chose the option he proceeded to efficiently make the necessary repairs. He was courteous and answered all my questions. He also didn't mind me hanging out to gain more knowledge of my system, how it worked, how to repair, and how to maintain it. He's a young man that any employer would be blessed to have on their staff. Give him a raise!!

Garret called ahead to tell us exactly when he would get here. He evaluated the situation and advised us what the repair would entail. He got to work realigning tracks and replacing worn screws and in short order the door that was jammed shut was gliding smoothly. Garret thank you for freeing us from inside our garage!

Precision gave us a good price on a brand new Hurricane Master (DAB)garage door. It included a new door opener, all the rails and trim. The installation was perfect - Thanks Garret and Dustin! Very pleased with the door, the installation, and customer service/coordination...…. Everything happened when it was supposed to at the price we were told to expect. If you're reading this looking for someone to call for a new garage door - I cannot recommend Precision Garage Door Service enough!

We had the pavers on our driveway raised to meet the concrete garage pad and the door would not stay closed. Leigh the technician, told me exactly what he was doing and why to correct that issue. The door was not balanced properly so he had to tension the springs. He took the time to show me all the parts to lubricate and even gave me a full can of spray. Very professional organization and people.

Garret and Casey called before arrival - and arrived on time. Did sn assessment of my door/malfunction (broken spring, cracked hinge plate, panel roller shafts deteriorating) and provided me with 3 options as to what could be done. Very cordial/friendly and told me the option I selected would take a little over an hour to complete - new Springs (2), new Ball Bearing Rollers (All), new Cables (2 = HD), and new Cable Drums (L-C-R)....and they were right on time!!!
