After he found the one he wanted he chose your company. The name of the company rang a bell with me. I think we have used you before and like your service! My husband hasn't been home yet to see the new garage door opener and all the fancy stuff. I LOVE how quiet it is!

Precision has been our garage door service provider since our home purchase over 14 years ago. Service is prompt and the technicians have alway been outstanding. The charges have been very reasonable. Today's service with Tech Cory continued the type of service we have come to expect from Precision . Our creaky, noisy garage door is now like new! My technician was Jeremy. He was the best I've ever had. He checked the problem I had and also put in a new battery on the outside for access to opening my garage door from the outside. Service was surprisingly quick as our car were trapped in the garage due to a broken torsion spring which prevented to door from opening. The service person inspected the door mechanics pointing out a couple of potential problems that could be delayed if we wanted. No pressure to address them now, but we did giving the garage door a complete service overhaul. Overall, very satisfied.

There are many like company's in the phone book and we read each advertisment. Precision sounded sincere in word and intent to do a good job. That's exactly what happened when Corey arrived and did the work. He was very friendly, and thorough as he explained what he was doing.
