I purchased a deal for a tuneup and rolled her replacement on Angie’s list for $99. My garage door wasn’t closing all the time with our remote and with the pad. We would have to hold the pad down until the door close completely. I figured the $99 deal would take care of the problem. When The technician came he stated that an annual service was the only thing I needed which was $39 as opposed to the $99 I spent on Angie’s list. Angie’s list provided a refund. I truly appreciate the honesty of the company And technician. This is the third time we have use position and each time we have been more than satisfied

called with spring problem and serviceman arrived as promised 3 hours later. Service completed promptly and service rep gave me full instructions on how to properly maintain and extend life of door. Garage door became jammed half open with cars inside on a Saturday afternoon. Precision promised a service call between 6-8 that night and showed up at 6. He got the cars out and scheduled a new door. Great service! Only concern is the 2-3 week wait for the new door. My new car is less than a week old and is stuck outside.

Garage door just stopped midway up. Casey came out and went through his process to determine the issue. It was difficult to pin point but he figured it out and explained to me so I could understand. He could have easily given up and told me I needed a new opener. His perseverance and professionalism saved me time and money. Casey is the Garage Door Whisperer! Lol

Good day, My renters had been complaining about the garage door so we by chance saw an ad in a local flyer with discounts and took a chance. Our service guy Jeremy was very kind and prompt. Did a great job and we worked together on making this repair less damaging than it could have been by purchasing a package. New springs, drums, cables, remotes and memory boards purchased. A broken spring made it impossible to get our cars out of the garage. We called the company which installed our garage door, but they couldn't get anyone out until 3 days later. We then called your company, and got an appointment for 6:00 PM the same day - Rob actually arrived an hour earlier. Rob explained the options available to us, and replaced both springs and bearings in 30+ minutes! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely call Precision again should we need service in the future, and will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
