We were very pleased with the service to repair our door opener. Our technician, ShaRaad, quickly diagnosed the problem & replaced the part needed. He is a very pleasant person, explains things clearly & certainly represents your company well. The office girl who dealt with us was also very pleasant & helpful.

Rob was fantastic. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at the garage door and new immediately what was wrong. He was very thorough in explaining what was broken and what my options were. He was able to do all the repairs. When he was done, he leaf blowed all of the old grass / dust that accumulated around the garage door - very nice touch! Rob is a great representative for your company.

Your technician ShaRaad was so personable n knowledgeable of the product. He made the deal work for me. I wouldn’t have the door installed for another 3-4 weeks as I need to clean my garage but the first impression was great.

I have been using precision since I have moved to Vero Beach 4 years ago. They have replaced garage door openings in both of my properties, and I call for service whenever their is a problem. Precision has always been there with timely help when I need it. Recently a spring broke on my door and Precision sent repairman Davey the same day and earlier than was quote. Davey did an outstanding job or repairing my garage door and I was extremely happy with the service.

Your technician called ahead and actually came earlier than our scheduled appointment. He was very professional, friendly and polite in explaining repair options to us. He did the work efficiently and skillfully. We bought the original door opener from you in 2010 and will continue to use your company for any needs related to our garage door. Thank you for helping us today.

Precision employees have been a godsend for us three times now. Today we had Casey and, once again, although costly for the several things we needed to repair our garage door -- it was worth every penny! We have been using them for over 12 years now. We started in 2007, second appointment in 2010 with the same garage door still in place since l998 but they have helped us maintain it and now we are probably good for another 5 to 10 years!

We needed a minor repair to our automatic garage door opener and were so pleased that a serviceman called us within the hour and was at our home and fixed the problem. The rate charged was very reasonable and we will continue to do business with Precision Door Service in the future if we ever need help again. We are very pleased with our Lift Master Garage Door opener and the outstanding service provided.

The technician did not have the materials to repair/replace the rubber seal on the bottom of my door. He called the office and they did not have it either. I expected you to be a full service company. He did a good job replacing the door openers mounted on the wall.
