Unfortunately, Jay, was not able to replicate the problem. He thinks it may have been an obstructed safety eye. Jay was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. If the problem returns, I'll be sure to call you again. I was at first sad that the first appointment wasn't going to be for 2 days, but you came almost 6 hours early, with all appropriate calls to keep me informed. Thank you.

Came when said they would on a Sunday! Fixed my problem with the safety eye wiring exactly like I wanted. Inspected and adjusted the door. Also gave me a tip on not using LED bulbs in the lights which solved another problem. Super job by Garret ! We will call Precision again.

Customer service is extremely professional. The technician, Jay B., was very prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. A complete overhaul of my garage door in under 45 minutes! Springs, center bearings, drums, cable and rollers all replaced. Best service I could expect. And, he imparted on me the importance of an annual servicing to prevent future down time of the door. I will take that advice.

Had a problem with my garage door, it was a Sunday afternoon, I called Precision and they answered immediately. It was such a pleasure speaking with Brian, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful and professional . After explaining the issues I was having he gave me an appointment for the next morning. I immediately received a confirmation email giving me the name and credentials of the technician I should expect at my home. Rob S. was on time the next morning, also the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable of his work. The problem with the garage door happened in the morning, I called around lunch time and David showed up around 3:00 pm. He rapidly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done (along with the cost for the repair) and then set about correcting the problems. A little under 2 hours later, the faulty hardware had been replaced, the door was properly balanced and worked to perfection. David did a super job and was a consummate professional in his explanations. I have used Precision Doors in the past and highly recommend them.

The Precision door tech said the door could not be repaired but spent significant time trying to convince my wife why the repairs could not be made and we need to buy a new hurricane door for the garage. They are not interested in repair they only want to sell new doors. I recommend Space Coast Garage Doors if you need repair.

We received the annual maintenance notification from Precision and called to schedule our appointment. During the technicians' inspection (yes there were two very kind techs), they showed me where a crack had developed in two plates that held the rollers in place, one on each side of the garage door. We had them replace those plates and install new rollers at all locations (since the current rollers were almost 14 years old). They were kind, efficient, and the cost was reasonable. Great job, well done.

I have used Precision before in Dec 2017 & was very satisfied .I needed a new belt drive & they came the same day to fix it. The service tec Cory was very efficient like Casy I had in Dec.On a scale of i to 5 (5 being the best ) I would give a 5 .I would recommend Precision to any one who need garage door work

The guys did a super job, they were in and out in over an hour and half. They did a complete repair on both garage doors. They were up front and went over the repairs and the cost associated tot he repairs in great detail. They were very professional!!! I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family !!!
