The kid you sent here to repair our garage door opener tried to stick us for a new opener and complete rebuild of door for $1,000. I bought a new opener at Home Depot for $230.00 and installed it myself. Can’t believe you don’t service Genie openers! Thanks for nothing . ????

It is hard for me to write an objective opinion at this time. I just purchased this new door in March of this year, which I really did not need or could afford. That aside, to have it fall on my car which I cannot repair at this time because it is less than my deductiable. And on top of it all, for me to fix the door I would have to pay almost $200.00 just for parts, so now I have to live with this door which is only six months old (where is the warranty?). Not a happy camper. Oh yes,I also had to pay for the service call. Not interested in having my comments appear on your site. But, thank you for the opportunity to vent.

I came to select Precision through a variety of reasons. I initially noticed a truck on the roadway. I then saw a television commercial and an ad in the Safari coupon book. I was stopped at a traffic light and a Precision truck pulled up next to me. I finally did a Google search and read the reviews. Though I did research another company my final decision was based on the good reviews and the visibility in and around the county.

Rob was excellent on this service call. I had assumed the i had damaged the motor. Not so' the springs needed to be readjusted. Rob went thru the entire unit and door. Verifying everything was up to spec, which it was. He took his time and answered the questions i had in plain terms, which was easy to understand. Kudos to his knowledge and understanding of this product. If their is a rating above 5 he deserves it..

ON time and capable repair of belt problem. Tech was knowledgeable and capable and working in the heat got the job done quickly as possible. Given age of system had all parts other then motor replaced. This would be a 5 star but I thought the repairs were a little pricy.

I saw your ad in Savings Safari and liked the idea of a coupon if I had work done. I was able to schedule the same day and Garret, the Precision tech, was on time, professional, and explained clearly the problems with my garage door, which did not open. He did a complete overhaul, which to my surprise, only took a few hours. I like the 5 year warranty, and now my door works perfectly. Thank you.

My experience with the Precision Technician, ShaRaad, we excellent. He called in advance and was on site within the time promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented the options. I was able to get a fair price. ShaRaad explained all the features and the new Garage Door Opener (on his truck) was installed and working in a short time. ShaRaad was very pleasant and professional. I was surprised how quiet the new Belt Drive was. The unit also comes with many great features.
