I was asked to complete a survey before my garage door was replaced. So the only thing I can comment on at this time is the experience during the estimate and sale process. The experience was excellent. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable , and very professional. The cost estimate is fair and reasonable. I will, if asked, comment on the installation when the work is completed

My garage door hardware was falling apart and I thought a repair would work. I called Precision because I had done business with them in Orlando and had a great experience with them. Keith showed up, inspected the door and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. In the end I needed a whole door replacement. Keith was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time a explained everything to me very thoroughly. Very happy with Keith and Precision Door.

Very pleased. Around 2pm, I found I had a broken spring with a trapped vehicle in the garage. Precision said they could be out by 6pm. They were here by 5pm and fixed the springs as promised in a very timely manner. Service rep was friendly and knew his stuff. Great job. 5 STAR
