I ran into Jay the Tech approx. 2 years ago and we spoke for a while, at that time he gave me his card, well here we are speaking once again except this time he is working on my garage door it makes alot of noise. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He replaced the springs (Both) all the rollers, lub the door, replaced the bearings, replaced the cables, I would recommend this company, the work was completed in a short period of time, and area cleaned up before he left. one last thing, Jay thank you for working on our garage door, have a great year.

Previous experience with Precision had established a trust in the company and the technicians that the repairs needed would be quickly identified and completed. There are no surprise charges with the quote being given before the work starts. It was a learning experience also with cause of the repairs being quickly identified. Everything was handled with "precision." Thank you.

THANKS FOR YOUR INSTANT RESPONSE. YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS REPLACING AND REPAIRING. OUR SPRING HAD BROKEN AND THE DOOR HAD TRAPPED OUR ONE CAR INSIDE. WITHOUT YOUR HELP WE WOULD STILL BE LOOKING FOR HELP. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Quick and prompt service. Was able to schedule next day service. Technicians arrived right on scheduled appointed time. Very professional & courteous techs. Diagnosed problem with garage door and provided several options to address the problems. After providing a complete tune-up / overhaul (new springs, cables, rollers, drums, et cetera), the double garage door is operating like new again. Thanks.

Mickey and his partner arrived within 2 hours of my call. It was very plain to see that these guys were experts; their team work was something to behold!. Our old belt Chamberlain opener bit the dust, and within one hour it was replaced with a new LiftMaster Belt drive garage door opener and new lift cables. Then everything was checked, doors and torsion spring lubricated, wireless opener set on smart phone, and both cars programmed. Count me as a "Happy Camper" and I highly recommend Precision! We used Precision about 6 months ago and liked the way the service technicians were so courteous and called ahead in a very timely fashion. This time we had Darian and he was wonderful, friendly and so courteous. I would recommend Precision Door Service and Darian to anyone who would ask.

After a glowing review a week ago, the day after the technicians arrived the door completely stopped working. We called and a different tech came to the house that same day. He told us completely different information and said it would be over $1100 to fix the door. We declined. We don't understand how after one day the motor was "shot", according to the tech. Very unhappy with this tech. He talked to my husband like he was a fool.

Precision's tech was right on time very friendly and knew his product well. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is because the cost of the repair was quite high. Parts totaled (if I buy them and they are comparable to the ones Precision used) would come to a total of $180. This would be two springs, ten nylon rollers, and the cable and drum assembly.) My total cost for Precision came to $664.00. That means that the labor came to more than $464.00 and the technician was in and out in less than two hours. If my numbers are incorrect please let me know. Unfortunately, I did not have time for a second pricing however did talk to a local company afterward and they would have done the same job for under $400.00.

I began using Precision Garage Door after the reviews from Angie's list. I have been a customer since August 2015 when I had an extensive overhaul of my garage door. I was extremely satisfied and have used then ever since. I've have had a couple of service calls since 2015, however nothing out of the ordinary due to normal wear and tear. My technician this last time was Darian who was very professional. I was you all a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

Excellent service - I had a power surge and door needed to be reset. Since they were here 2 months ago for a similar problem they did not charge for dropping by my house. I will always call them for my garage door.

The spring on my garage door broke Saturday night. On Sunday, I scheduled an appointment for the technician to replace the broken spring. The technician, David Brooks, was even early for the appointment on Monday and did an outstanding job! He was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be completed. Precision Door Service installed the door originally and I will never use anyone other than them. Thank you for your prompt service and excellent follow-up!

I made an appointment for Precision Garage Door company to come and service my garage door. I have used them in the past and have found the company to be very professional. The technician arrived on time (if not early). He got to work right away spraying hinges etc and ran a diagnostic test showing that my door passed all of the check points. He was very courteous and professional and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend Precision Door .
