Precision's tech was right on time very friendly and knew his product well. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is because the cost of the repair was quite high. Parts totaled (if I buy them and they are comparable to the ones Precision used) would come to a total of $180. This would be two springs, ten nylon rollers, and the cable and drum assembly.) My total cost for Precision came to $664.00. That means that the labor came to more than $464.00 and the technician was in and out in less than two hours. If my numbers are incorrect please let me know. Unfortunately, I did not have time for a second pricing however did talk to a local company afterward and they would have done the same job for under $400.00.

I began using Precision Garage Door after the reviews from Angie's list. I have been a customer since August 2015 when I had an extensive overhaul of my garage door. I was extremely satisfied and have used then ever since. I've have had a couple of service calls since 2015, however nothing out of the ordinary due to normal wear and tear. Excellent service - I had a power surge and door needed to be reset. Since they were here 2 months ago for a similar problem they did not charge for dropping by my house. I will always call them for my garage door.

The spring on my garage door broke Saturday night. On Sunday, I scheduled an appointment for the technician to replace the broken spring. The technician, David Brooks, was even early for the appointment on Monday and did an outstanding job! He was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be completed. Precision Door Service installed the door originally and I will never use anyone other than them. Thank you for your prompt service and excellent follow-up!

I made an appointment for Precision Garage Door company to come and service my garage door. I have used them in the past and have found the company to be very professional. The technician arrived on time (if not early). He got to work right away spraying hinges etc and ran a diagnostic test showing that my door passed all of the check points. 1 of 2 springs broke and i am sure glad Mr Humes did not just replace springs. He did a complete inspection and found a cable about to snap and found several bearings that were bad.
