Your technician, Jeff, was professional and clearly experienced. We were pleased with the repairs he completed, however, we were not very pleased with the “up-sell” we were subjected to. Three years ago Precision replaced the spring and rollers on our door; the repairs yesterday should have been roller drums and cable replacement. Instead, we were charged for a complete overhaul of the door (new spring, rollers, drums and cables). Not very ethical; consequently, we are not very happy with your company policy. We will be sharing this experience if anyone asks our opinion about Precision Door. Thank you.

I ran into Jay the Tech approx. 2 years ago and we spoke for a while, at that time he gave me his card, well here we are speaking once again except this time he is working on my garage door it makes alot of noise. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. He replaced the springs (Both) all the rollers, lub the door, replaced the bearings, replaced the cables, I would recommend this company, the work was completed in a short period of time, and area cleaned up before he left. one last thing, Jay thank you for working on our garage door, have a great year.

Diagnosed problem with garage door and provided several options to address the problems. After providing a complete tune-up / overhaul (new springs, cables, rollers, drums, et cetera), the double garage door is operating like new again. Thanks.

Mickey and his partner arrived within 2 hours of my call. It was very plain to see that these guys were experts; their team work was something to behold!. Our old belt Chamberlain opener bit the dust, and within one hour it was replaced with a new LiftMaster Belt drive garage door opener and new lift cables. Then everything was checked, doors and torsion spring lubricated, wireless opener set on smart phone, and both cars programmed. Count me as a "Happy Camper" and I highly recommend Precision! Garage door spring broke Sunday morning and we were leaving Monday morning. Precision repaired the problem late day Sunday and solved a major dilemma. Service was within the promised time window time and was done efficiently. Would highly recommend this company.

After a glowing review a week ago, the day after the technicians arrived the door completely stopped working. We called and a different tech came to the house that same day. He told us completely different information and said it would be over $1100 to fix the door. We declined. We don't understand how after one day the motor was "shot", according to the tech. Very unhappy with this tech. He talked to my husband like he was a fool.
