Keith Couch made service call on my request to precision. He repaired sensor wire. After inspection brought to my attention other issues that I was aware of and after some technical questions by me and answered by keith , I decided to purchase door overhaul service. New Springs, bearings, rollers, cable spools, and cables. Door works better than new. Thanks Precision and thank you Keith for your exceptional workmanship....Rick Smith Cape Canaveral homeowner. It is a really smart move to put your sticker right on the garage door. When mine stopped working yesterday I looked up(in despair) and lo and behold! I saw your sticker and the best part was that you don't charge extra for weekend appointments. Thanks for that. Rob was great too. Thank goodness I did not need any major repairs. I really appreciate that he provided an honest assessment of what was needed and didn't take advantage of my emergency situation to try to upcharge or sell me a new garage door. This is good business practice but, sadly, in this day and age, good business practice is a rarity. Just wanted to let you know I would definetely recommend you to anyone who needs garage door maintenance or even a new garage door......and dont stop putting your stickers on your doors! AND kudos to Rob.
