It's good to know customer service is not dead! I was scheduled an appointment in a very timely manner. I received an email confirmation of my appointment with the name and picture of the service technician coming to my house. Along with the picture was a link to reviews of my technician. My technician Keith was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue in a timely manner. He was very courteous and willing to educate me on the issue and how he fixed it. He also went above and beyond and corrected the limits I had set on my garage opener so that it was set correctly and replaced some rusty bolts on the arm connecting my opener to my garage door. I cannot say thank you enough. You have a customer for life and I will recommend you to anyone I know who needs their garage door repaired.

Rob S. did my annual inspection. He was prompt, very professional and thorough, taking me through each step of the inspection. He showed me where the cables were showing weakness and told me to watch them for further deterioration. I was very satisfied with the service and will request him for further appointments.

When I bought my new garage door a year ago I was never left with a remote. I just bought a new car and I have no way to open and close the door unless I get out of the car and run in the garage. I just had to purchase a remote for $50.00 plus service call. My garage door spring broke at 6 pm Tuesday. I called Precision shortly after and was surprised that they could be there that night. The tech Jay arrived a 1/2 hour early. The springs were replaced quickly and Jay was a very courteous and professional. This is why I have always used Precision for garage door needs.
