Technician arrived as scheduled with a very positive attitude. He took time to inspect my door and offer future suggestions without any sales pressure. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely be using this service in the future. The job was completed quickly and there was no additional add on fees as is commonly found in a repair service. I would also like to add that the lady who completed my reservation for service was very kind and courteous. I wish there was a higher rating than five because this service was exceptional. Star Rating: 5 / Neal Trepanier performed an excellent service on the operation of a heavy single (2 car door) reinforced for hurricanes. The chain had become loose and the door would disengage when the carrier hit the motor....this caused a very dangerous situation due to the fact the door would disengage and slam down. Neil listened to my concerns and thoroughly checked out the operation of the door correcting all issues. He also installed an outside remote synched to the door opener which really comes in handy. Overall Neal is an excellent technician that I would recommend in the future. Thank you, Jack Macey

Precision really does offer same day repair service. I had a problem with my opener, went to the website, opened online chat and a technician was here within 2 hours to fix my problem. The technician (Brent) was knowledgeable, professional and made very sure my problem was resolved. He mentioned that he would have been available to come on Sunday had I contacted Precision. That is most excellent customer service. I highly recommend Precision.

My first service call: the door was jamming. I was very impressed by technician Cory Keenan's attention to detail and his careful thoroughness. The jam was cleared; he balanced the springs; greased the wear spots; tested and retested and now the door works more smoothly than before. He fixed it and made it better - of course I'm pleased!
