My appointment was actually for noon but he called at 9:50 confirm and offer coming early if that would be a better fit. I promptly received an estimate in writing. Many options were gone over. No pressure on a purchase today. Very profession and very respectful.

I had a problem with my garage door opener. My husband had died recently and I knew nothing about them My Precision tech was so helpful. He explained everything to me. I not only had a definite problem with my opener but my springs were so tight I had hurt my back raising the door by hand the day before He found that the springs were too tight and causing stress on the door. He adjusted the springs and installed a new opener and I am very pleased.
