I received excellent service today. My garage door had a problem and I called about noon and explained I really needed it fixed today. One of their service men (Chris, was his name) worked late to meet my neeed. He was courteous, very polite and professional and did the needed job quickly and completely as well as checking over the other components of the door to be sure there was no other problem. Thank you, Chris and thank you Percision for a job promptly and well done. I might add the young lady who answered the phone was very courteous and helpful.

What GREAT service. What professional personnel! Woke up to a broken door spring and could not raise the garage door. Fortunately one car was outside and didn’t interrupt our mornings plan. We called about 9:00 and were told a technician would be available about 12:00. By 12:15 technician Keith had diagnosed the problem and given us three options for repair. We picked one and the work was completed by 1:30. Keith is an excellent ambassador for your company; prompt, competent, professional, and polite

Keith of Precision Garage Door replaced springs, center bearings, inspected the system, and balanced the door. Keith explained step by step what he was doing; he was very professional and knowledgeable as I received an education on the function of the parts he was replacing, right up my alley. From my first call to make an appointment through the completion of their service this was a most positive experience there were lower estimates for this job but you get what you pay for, quality parts and job well done the first time.

I had a problem with my garage door opener. My husband had died recently and I knew nothing about them My Precision tech was so helpful. He explained everything to me. I not only had a definite problem with my opener but my springs were so tight I had hurt my back raising the door by hand the day before He found that the springs were too tight and causing stress on the door. He adjusted the springs and installed a new opener and I am very pleased.
