Very pleased. Around 2pm, I found I had a broken spring with a trapped vehicle in the garage. Precision said they could be out by 6pm. They were here by 5pm and fixed the springs as promised in a very timely manner. Service rep was friendly and knew his stuff. Great job. 5 STAR

I called service when my garage door wouldn't close. First, I want to again thank the person who answered the phone and calmly walked me through the manual override to get it shut. She scheduled and appointment for the next day. The technicians (Leigh & Casey) arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They took care of the problem and also inspected the rest of the door. Leigh made some suggestions to"make it better". I totally agreed! They took care of it right away without having to come back. Very professional, knowledgeable and personable technicians.
