Service was surprisingly quick as our car were trapped in the garage due to a broken torsion spring which prevented to door from opening. The service person inspected the door mechanics pointing out a couple of potential problems that could be delayed if we wanted. No pressure to address them now, but we did giving the garage door a complete service overhaul. Overall, very satisfied.
