I want to tell you what a nice young man the technician was that came to our house and replaced our springs. I think it was a quality job, however, after checking around I found I could have gotten the springs changed for less. Can you tell me why you were higher than some other companies I found on Craig's List.

I contact Precision about 6th months ago for the first time...they were actually my 2nd choice...just out of the phonebook. My first choice NEVER contacted me after I left a message for them to call back to make an appt! I needed a garage-door check as mine was not working properly. Anyway, I ended up needing new rollers and then the hinges etc needed to be "lubed"..for lack of the proper term that the tech used. I was satisfied with the results and would recommend Precision to family and friends. p.s. Please keep the call-out-fee as is...you don't have to pay a huge amount just to find out what the problem is.

It started to be a broken spring repair which ended up to include a new opener and torsion bar. I felt bad for the technician as everything he was trying (door kept on bouncing back up) wasn't working. BTW- it was labor day. Ended up him being here from 2pm until 9pm. Overall, he was helpful but I think he was frustrated in that everything we were doing, didn't seem to work.

We chose Precision because they said they could respond that day. We were in a jam because the garage door would not open. We were very impressed with the response time and the friendliness of the technician. Come to find out we needed a new spring for our door. The technician explained what he was doing and how to better care for our garage door.

Neil appeared very trusting and honest and professional. He demonstrated how the garage door did not hold upon lift with the old springs, and then he lifted the door halfway with the new springs installed, and the door remained still and balanced. I felt like he had my best interest at heart and was not trying to sell me things I didn't need. He worked efficiently and professionally. Thank you for sending such a professional installer.
